About
The executive-length course at Continental Golf Club is a popular choice due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and challenging game. The course features undulating greens that are in excellent shape, as is the entire course. Unique mounding surrounds the narrow fairways. A drainage ditch and two lakes also come into play on the golf course. The signature hole is the par-4 18th hole, which calls for not only a tee shot but also an approach shot over water. The course plays fast but it is still quite enjoyable. Continental Golf Club also has practice facilities including a large driving range, putting green, and practice green.

Easy par3/4 course
I think it is perfect course for the beginner. There is no par5 course.
People with whom I play are really friendly.
Because of the level of the course, people are generally more accepting.
Course condition was okay. It could be definitely better. For the price of the course, I was expecting more.
I also grabbed the food before the game from the restaurant within the property. I wouldn’t really recommend. Just had sandwedge(?) it was awfully salty.

good golf value for the time of year
Overall, the course is in very good condition. My main criticism is with some tee boxes, particularly on the back 9, that should be roped off and reseeded. They are pretty chopped up and in need of repair. I don't understand why the course lets them get to such poor condition. In addition, golfers need to remember to repair ball marks on the greens!
Great Conditions
The course is in excellent shape,. The crowded conditions were likely a reflection of that, but well worth the wait on a number of holes. The weather was a perfect 70 degrees.
There was an issue, not a result of course management. A person in a reflective vest was stopping golfers and (aggressively) asking them to sign his petition to get rid of golf. He essentially demanded to know why a golfer wouldn't sign it, looking to provoke profanity or even violence. Another person hovered nearby, with a cell phone, recording everything.
Otherwise, a great day.
Ice course
The course was in pretty good condition although the tee boxes were pretty torn up.
Great Value for a Short Course
I'm sure there are much nicer courses but this course is great for honing skills on a short course. It is a great value.
Price is Right
Popular executive 18 hole course. I am sure their fees are quite affordable but our rounds were included in our accomodations where we stayed. They have a driving range, a restaurant, and proshop. Very friendly staff, and the course was surprisingly in good condition. The pace is slow, even when we booked early (730 am). I recommend that you play as a 4some otherwise you will be waiting at every tee box. 4 some works out well and that keeps you flowing with the pace of play. If you dont have a 4 some, try to get them to put you into a group of a 4some. greens seemed to be a little slower than other courses, Very playable and easy to play. 18th hole would be their signature hole in which you can risk hitting over the water or play safe and hit a fairway away from the water hazard, I found that ordering food at the turn took longer than it should have as I only ordered a hotdog......and waited about 15 minutes......we lost our turn for the back nine. Tried to phone and order ahead but there was no answer...... Great little course to practice you shots for larger more difficult courses....very forgiving. We enjoyed playing it multiple times. Can be easily walked if you choose to do so.
