Continental Golf Course

Nice course to work on your short and medium game - 6 par 4's and 12 par 3's. This course gets a ton of play and is pretty wide open. Several of the tees were in rough shape though. Hard to find a flat area to tee off on a few of the tees. Overall we enjoyed playing, greens and fairways were generally very playable considering all the rounds being played.

Course was not backed up at all. We played foursome and was done with nine holes in 1 1/2 hr. Started upon arrival, no wait.

The course was in good shape. The greens were nice, but I wish golfers would repair ball marks. Too many were left unrepaired. The staff are very friendly .and helpful. Pace of play was a little slow on the back 9. Overall, a nice executive course for a reasonable price.

They had a tournament that morning. No carts for my 1:15 tee time. Didn’t tee off until 2:15, didn’t finish my round. No sympathy from the pro shop or apologies. Kitchen was closed at the turn so no snacks, huge revenue miss for the course. All and all a disappointing day at a course I typically enjoy playing at.

Overall the course was in good condition but there were many tee boxes that were in awful condition. Playing blue tees, many had almost no grass tee off from. It was as if they've played the same spot for weeks. My other issue was that many were not flat. I hate teeing off with the ball above or below my feet.

Also worth noting, the portipottiies were FOUL.

Heard a lot of horror stories on this course but it was in great shape. Went down to four stars as some of the tee boxes were pretty beat up. Great pace. Group in front moves well and never pushed by the group behind us. I would return if someone wanted to play there.

Due to weather, had to wait over an hour later than our time to tee off. Very bad communication from the marshals on the status of anything prior to going out. Pace of play was slow but not bad at first. Tee box’s were all in terrible shape - none were even that level and barely had grass to hit off of. Half way through our round we were then told it was cart path only which slowed down the back 9 quite a bit. Probably will be my last time here unfortunately.

This is the first time we have seen execelent condition of fairways and greens

because of heavy rain this year.

This is a nice executive-length course with friendly staff.

Show up for a 1 pm tee time only to be told after paying that they are running a few minutes behind. They were an hour and a half behind. Finally got to tee off and the marshall let a 5'some tee off in front of us while telling us that "he knows them and they play fast". They didn't play fast and felt the need to play mulligans on every hole. Making the turn we saw that 3 groups were piled up on number 10 so we went in and asked for a raincheck. It was granted but from what I hear, this is normal for pace of play around this course. Avoid it.
