About
The executive-length course at Continental Golf Club is a popular choice due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and challenging game. The course features undulating greens that are in excellent shape, as is the entire course. Unique mounding surrounds the narrow fairways. A drainage ditch and two lakes also come into play on the golf course. The signature hole is the par-4 18th hole, which calls for not only a tee shot but also an approach shot over water. The course plays fast but it is still quite enjoyable. Continental Golf Club also has practice facilities including a large driving range, putting green, and practice green.

Good course - Fair price
This course is fun to play during the week, where the pace of play is good. Weekend pace of play is slow. Course is in decent shape for the price. Anyway, always a fun place to play.
Great course to play your irons
Greens and par 4 fairways were in nice condition. The staff were very friendly. The play was super fast- about a 2 1/2 hour round. The price was right for the time of year.

Couse was is great shape for amount of play it had today. enjoyed the round

Fairways in good shape, but need to have some work done on nearly every tee box, whether that means shutting down for a week or two, they can be spotty, sandy, rounded or in one case, I felt like I might fall off as it was peaked in the middle all the way to both sides.
The course is a water collection area, but could be a great course. Whether it is privately owned or City owned, put a little investment in and reap the rewards and benefits.

Saw beverage cart on hole 2 and never again! It was a hot day!! No water on a hot day is not a good thing!
Great course
The course was in good conditionals the staff was superb. We got ice and drinks for the round and the staff was talkative and very friendly. Great prices also. Highly recommend
good course is okay for the money
The greens are kept in very good condition. Tee boxes need some work but are passable. The staff are great. We played in 3 hours. Winter visitors must be gone!
Short game
A great way to work on your short game!
Don’t expect a fast round as par 3’s slow it all down and you get lots of beginners. But it’s a great value for the price.
Needs rain!
Frequent golfer at Continental and always enjoy it! The greens are in pretty good shape! Like everything else in AZ, its needs some rain!
Like this course, but today took too long to play
We play this course a lot when we're in the Scottsdale area and like it a lot. The course and staff are always top notch. Today when we started they suggested that we would be done in 3 hours. Well, almost 4.5 hours later, we finally finished. Very slow play - waiting on every hole, etc. Didn't enjoy it much because of the slow play. Lesson learned - we won't play again on a weekend.
