Continental Golf Course
About
The executive-length course at Continental Golf Club is a popular choice due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and challenging game. The course features undulating greens that are in excellent shape, as is the entire course. Unique mounding surrounds the narrow fairways. A drainage ditch and two lakes also come into play on the golf course. The signature hole is the par-4 18th hole, which calls for not only a tee shot but also an approach shot over water. The course plays fast but it is still quite enjoyable. Continental Golf Club also has practice facilities including a large driving range, putting green, and practice green.

Great little course.
Nice place, mostly par 3’s and a few par 4’s, staff was super nice, fun place to play a quick 18.
Value course
For the money you won’t get better than this. The only downfall is that there were balls everywhere from the driving range in the front 9. However if you survive, the back 9 is great. Pace isn’t great but not horrible.
Going downhill
31 December was definitely not a good day to play. It normally takes about 3 hours to play this course. Today it 2 hours and 30 minutes to play 9 holes. The greens are in good shape and on most holes there is decent grass within 30 yards of each hole. However, the remainder of the course is in terrible shape. The tee boxes have really deteriorated recently. Most have very little grass and most have a significant crown. Very disappointing when you can’t find a flat lie on a tee box. Can no longer recommend playing.
Play was very slow. Also impossible to hear announcements about groups who should be teeing off. Also there was a long wait for carts.
Course needs work
Have played Continental many times, but the owners have let the course go downhill. The tee boxes are all torn up, the greens need work.
They are making money with their rates and full tee sheets. They are not putting into course maintenance. It is still a fun course to play, but needs work.
Pricey for what you get
Course is fun for beginners but the greens and tee pads could be better for the price of 18
Social Golf Course
Par three course gets a lot of play by beginners, which is fine but makes for slow play. It doesn’t help that there is no ranger. Greens are excellent except that no one repairs divots. Gone are the days when you received a course logo divot tool when you checked in; you were always reminded to repair divots and sometimes given a demonstration on a box of sod on the counter. It’s a great course if you like to drink beer and socialize without concern for your score.
Great Condition but no Bathrooms
Honestly nothing to complain about here except there’s literally zero bathrooms on the course.
Tee. Boxes are horrible
Greens have divots everywhere
Definitely needs attention!!!!
Good Staff
Play’s fun for short course people need to fix their divots
greens
The divets in the greens are bad and never taken
care of', till there to hard to fix now.
Good beginner course.
Short course: 3073 from the forward tees and 3766 from the back tees, with 12 par 3's and 6 par 4's. Very open course and most holes do not have any bunkers. The greens are fairly small but in very good shape. The remainder of the course is in average shape. Hole 18 is a beautiful and challenging par with water in play from tee to green. Average round is about three hours.
This is an excellent course for golfers learning the game and also for younger golfers.
