Continental Golf Course
About
The executive-length course at Continental Golf Club is a popular choice due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and challenging game. The course features undulating greens that are in excellent shape, as is the entire course. Unique mounding surrounds the narrow fairways. A drainage ditch and two lakes also come into play on the golf course. The signature hole is the par-4 18th hole, which calls for not only a tee shot but also an approach shot over water. The course plays fast but it is still quite enjoyable. Continental Golf Club also has practice facilities including a large driving range, putting green, and practice green.

Average executive course
Nice short course to practice short game and par 3s.
Good way to start the season
We hadn't golfed for eight months. Was a good course to start the season on
Great conditions
Don't let the 3.5 star rating fool you. I played on a busy Friday and pace of play was just under 3.5 hours. Thanks to the plentiful rain over the past few weeks, the course is in the best shape I've ever seen it in. Green are especially well maintained which hasn't been the case in previous times.
Nice course, nice greens
This is an executive course, par 60. $40 a round was a little pricey. Course was in good condition. Very busy on a beautiful Saturday afternoon so pace-of-play was a little slow. Staff seemed disorganized. Lots of holes playing next to each other, holes without trees or anything else keeping things separate. Also dangerous pedestrian path along side of course to be careful of. Great location.
Great course if you're not in a hurry
Our foursome had a good time on this course. The shorter course was fun to play. Very busy course so you must be a patient golfer as there was a wait on every hole. Nice social, relaxing afternoon of play.
Excellent condition: fairways, tees, greens
Amazing condition with heavy golfer volumes. Fairways were carpet, tees and greens in perfect condition.
I recommend this course for beginners but not for the average golfer play speed very slow conditions of course were very wet would not pay more Than 25. Dollars each taxes included
Good
Course was good time was good not to busy for a sunday
Just too slow
We enjoy the course. It's great for newer and older golfers. Only problem is pace of play. You should be able to get around the course in 3 hours or so. Yesterday, we didn't get finished in four hours. Just way to slow.
Nice Exec Course
Course was fine for the money, pace of play was horrible, 2.5 hours for an exec? Had 4 groups on #3 tee box waiting.
Decent place to practice but WAY too slow
This executive course is a good place to practice your short game. The problem is the pace of play is always slow. We wound up waiting up to 7 minutes at each tee box as the folks in front of us were very slow and even they waited on a couple of holes for the 4 in front of them. The staff needs to do something about either making the tee times further apart or moving slow play along.
Continental
Course was in good condition. It's a good course when you want to get a quick 18 in. I can usually play 18 in less than 3 hours.
Super Bowl Sunday
Fairways & greens in superb condition. Great pace of play & nice range/ putting facilities. Best 18 hole executive course in Phoenix metro hands down. Putting on the greens was truer than most other higher price courses I've played. Hats off to the greens keeper!
Golf at Continental
Reasonable value & at time I played wide open so done in approx. 3 hours.
Course Ok except 18 where fairway still muddy from recent wet weather.
Continental
Played on a cool day and completed the round in well under 3 hours. Typical of most executive courses in the valley.
