Glen Dornoch Waterway Golf Links
About
This beautiful facility is located on 270 pristine acres at the North end of the Grand Strand. Blessed with a unique topography and large mature trees, the course meanders down to the inter-coastal waterway with scenic vistas to distract you at every turn.
This 6900 yard Clyde Johnston design is owned and managed by the same group that developed the fabled Heather Glen links and the service you have grown to expect from this organization is evident the moment you drive up to the clubhouse. Give this course a try the next time you vist the Myrtle Beach area. You won't be disappointed!

Bring Your A Game
Challenging course with great picturesque views. Staff very friendly and helpful! Course is in pristine condition
Love this course!
This is one of my favorite courses in the area. Greens were a little slow but fair. Challenging layout that requires course management in order to score well.
must play on any trip to Myrtle beach
played 27 holes. second time playing within the week. course set up with strategic pin placements increase degree of difficulty. a course that is just different from your normal grand strand courses. if you hit it straight even though a short hitter and can two putt you will be ok.. ( real words of wisdom ).
challenging, difficult but wort experience.
have been to Myrtle Beach for 9 years but had never played course. was fortunate to be provided yardage book and more fortunate Tobe placed with 3 regulars who were extremely helpful. Every hole is a thinking process. course is not your normal flat course and does have changing.elevations. as a senior with straight but not long drives I recommend playing red tees on about 3 holes requiring a 130 yardcarry.. would recommend playing earlier in your trip rather than later. particularly after driving 800 miles. having never played course I am scheduled to play again at end of the week.
Glen Dornoch
Great seeing you again Glen Dornoch after 25 years. We will be back
Good course
Tough back nine but balanced out by front. Lot of carries over marsh that may be a problem for some women. Staff was great.
Beautiful views of Little River
Course was in good shape .greens were very smooth and quick. Crowded but fun day.
Challenging and well maintained course right on the water.
Very nice course
Decided to play different courses this trip and found a good deal on a tee time at Glen Dornoch. Friendly staff greeted me at the bag drop then checked in at the pro shop who was very helpful giving me pointers for today’s round. The yardage book was a bonus because I forgot my Garmin device. As for the course, conditions were very good. Greens rolled true, fairways were well maintained and most tee boxes were in pretty good shape too. A couple of the tees were a little spars but didn’t really have an impact. Some areas were a little wet like a few sprinkler heads were left on a little too long. All in all, I would definitely play Glen Dornoch again. Oh and pay attention when playing #9 and #18. You’ll find yourself getting lost with the beautiful views!
