About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Clover Fairways
All the fairways are basically clover not grass and the greens were a liitte bumpy due to no grass in spots. Played another course (municipal) the following day and it was much better for lower cost.
An OK Day
Everything was very average on this round. Fairways needed to be cut as they weren't nearly as tight as they were the last time I played here. Pace of play was 4 hours 10 minutes so not too slow but certainly not fast. Greens rolled nice but a little spotty in places. Was an average value for money paid. Will go back again but not my favorite.
Great short course, impatient golfers
Course and staff was great, pace of play was great, finished in 3.5hrs. Groups behind us were yelling at us to "hurry up" and "move it." Very impatient and made sure to make everyone around them know. Understanding if it was a 4.5hr round or even a 4hr 10min round or if we weren't keeping up with the group in front of us but like I said 3.5hrs in az winter was the fastest round ive had since summer by far. Made the round very uneenjoyable
Nice course
The game pace was good, the weather great. Staff was friendly. Like all golf a bit spendy but worth it. My only concern was the greens were a bit bare .
