Boulder City Municipal Golf Course

Our first impression was meh...the fairways were spotty in the begining and we were behind a very slow foursome, but they let us pass after 5 holes. Once we got the first 4 holes out of the way the course became much nicer and a bit more challenging. The greens were fantastic and the Golfnow price helped. Would play it again for the price we paid $20.

The golf course had a junior tournament playing right ahead of us, which really slowed everyone else behind.

It took us over five hours to complete the game.

Arrived early for our tee time & we got starts quickly. We found that the front 9 was overgrown & lots of weeds along the fence lines on holes 3-6. Unfortunately a thunderstorm came up & we sat it out for an hour in the clubhouse. Returned to complete the back 9 with no problems. Tricky greens.

Not much fun a a course that was not in very good conditions. The play was VERY SLOW. Will not spend another afternoon at this place.

this was our fist time playing this course, the greens were perfect, way better than other courses we had played in the week. a little slow in play, it would be nice to have cart service and the snack shack at 15 was closed, staff were friendly. we liked the course so we booked for Saturday.

This is the best deal I've ever had in Vegas, lol. The course was in very nice shape and the staff was great. I will definitely play here again.

This was the second time I played this course. Had a very enjoyable round. The pro shop staff was friendly, though very busy to a golf league ending at. The same time. Would recommend this course to anyone and will play again.

The course was not in very good shape -- lots of bare spots of fairways. The pace of play was very slow.

This is an amazing course to play if your in Nevada!!!! I'm from PHX. Played for the first time. Found a great HOT DEAL. This course has great elevation changes! Water, great bunkers that are soft. Beautiful views. The fairways look intimidating but actually have a lot of room. Greens were really nice. , rolled consistent. I am a 13 handicap and shot a +4 front nine and +4 back. One of the best courses I've ever played!

Course is very simple. Good for a practice round. Greens are fast. Nice fairways and greens. Good for beginner golf as there are not many hazards and it is easy to find balls when missing the fairway. Scenery was very plain and bland. I don't think I will go back because I enjoy the scenery when I golf and here it was non existent compared to other area courses.

Great condition on this course. Greens were difficult but in great shape, would play here again.

One of my favorite all time courses. Extremely nice for any course, let alone a municipal one. Greens are fabulous. And lots of well kept ruffs. Very nice for the occasional errant drive. Great Mountain Views. Nice water features. I know you will enjoy the challenges this easy to play course presents.

Love boulder city.....like Disneyland, the happiest place on earth. Staff is awesome

The course is not in great shape. The greens were not bad, but very fast. The fairways are short-cropped & quite frequently just dirt & dead weeds - but it is winter. The price is good for the course, but there is no ranger, and a slow group can kill the day for everyone behind them. Waiting on every single shot can be tiring, and you get stiff standing in a 25mph cold wind. If they'd put a ranger out once or twice, to ensure good pace by all, it would improve the overall experience greatly.

Typical older course with decent/interesting layout but fairways very patchy and greens with extreme slopes.

We always enjoy playing this course. It is a great warm up course after spending months in the house surrounded by snow in Idaho. Great value.

The course was in great shape. Since everyone was playing on 77 degree today, everyone was out there. It took 4 hrs to play.

Greens were small, but fast and in good shape. Tight, flat layout so good for walking. Fairways were in rough shape. Laid back atmosphere. Relaxing course for those not wanting a medium or high end experience.

This course is about 45-60 minutes from Las Vegas strip. It is a typical public course with enough challenges to make it fun. I would recommend this course for anyone traveling from California to Las Vegas or as a side trip to see Hoover Dam.

Just be aware of your tee time, since this was not readily announced to be on-deck.
