We drive down from Las Vegas to play here often because it's so much more reasonably priced than the local courses. You won't get the amenities and service of a $100 course but, hey, it's golf for under $20. The course is fairly straightforward but there are some challenging holes. Greens are very tricky and fast. You'll see some locals playing in jeans but as long as everyone knows basic golf etiquette and keeps up, I'm OK. We had a good time playing with 2 other guys yesterday.

Course was in good shape and pretty easy with very wide fairways and limited water and sand. The pace of play was a little slow at the beginning so we skipped a couple of slower groups and came back later in the day to pick up those 2 holes.

Fairways not bad. Greens in good shape. Putting challenging. All in all a nice course for average golfers' We enjoyed the course and will play it again.

First 9 took 1.5 hours back 9 took 3-4 hours due to people starting from the 10th on 4 balls being the slowest ever.... Would not be back so many better courses for similar money in the area.

First time playing this course and it was a nice experience. Easy to get to and very ample parking. Inside staff was very friendly and very accommodating, made us feel very welcome. Course has some variety and demands good shot making. Played from the tips and found some very long holes, because the wind was blowing. Greens were very nice and putting was great. Smooth surfaces and good speed to the greens. Round went quickly as we played in under 4 hours. Will definitely come back to play again. Got a good deal on golf now.

Found this course as well maintained. Fairways and greens were looking good. Pace of play was average. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable round of golf.

The course was being aerated and areas around the green were being punched. We knew this going in so the conditions weren't pristine. Being a good to excellent municipal course, there are a lot of golfers on this course, so pace of play was a touch slower than what we wanted. and of course the wind in the afternoon in the Boulder City area is just a touch below a gale. When this course is in its usual excellent shape it would be a treat to play. Fairly long with killer rough that deserves respect. Green speeds at times are tough to read. For those of us who like to walk, this course could be walked.

Will definitely golf again when we come back for the winter.

As someone who tries to play bogey golf, I really enjoy playing this course. It is very wide open so if you hit an errant tee shot, it should still be in play, even if it's on another hole's fairway. It's an older course, but it's very well kept.

If you're any good at all, play from the tips. Even so, low scores are very possible. The carts don't have coolers, but there is a lot of water jugs out on the course.

Overall, very solid course, especially for the value on GOLFNOW.

Boulder City Municipal Golf Course allowed my wife and me to play 18 holes without being paired up with another couple. This is great because she is just learning the game and her handicap is in the high thirties. This gives her the opportunity to play at her own speed and capabilities without being pressured by other players as well as not aggravating or discourage other players that would be paired with us. Boulder City Municipal Golf Course has plenty of challenging holes to test your golf skills and with all the mature trees you can find shelter from the sun.

Great day on the golf course. It was in pretty good shape except for the rough, the grass was a little tall and made it hard to find your ball. I guess I shoulda hit it in the fairway!! :-)

Course is coming around. fairways and greens are almost great

The course pro was playing in front of my group as a five some with no consideration or regard for the group behind him. Extremely slow play there!!!!
