East at Eagle Valley Golf Course
About
The East Course is one of two championship courses at Eagle Valley Golf Course. Although it is less challenging than the West Course, it offers the same quality and entertainment. Golfers who aren't ready to take on the West will feel comfortable on the East. Situated at the base of the Eastern Sierra in the heart of the Silver Country, the golf course offers scenic views that complement the rustic setting. The layout is wide open, making it ideal for beginning to intermediate players. There are some long holes and a few bunkers but it is a forgiving course that is great for a casual round.

Course is beautiful but seemed to be unfriendly towards the GolfNow users. Was basically thrown a key, no direction, just was told to head to the tee box. There’s 2 courses, no direction was given. When I did find my group they had already teed off and had 4 in the group already. Spent 5 holes trying to join a group just to have some interaction with other people. Was a little unpleased with the service but the course was awesome.
rough
The rough was too high. Spent a lot of time looking for my ball, even if it was only three feet away from the fairway.
Wide open beginner course
Very open course that you can’t get in much trouble on. Great for beginners and people wanting to learn. Course was in good condition. Greens rolled well. Pace of play was very slow but expected as people are out there learning. Will be back.
Great
Love this course
Bad day to play
We came the day after it had rained. because of this we were told no carts and had to walk all 18 which was fine until you realize you were walking in mud nearly the whole time. the water was abundant in the green and every few steps would get water deep in my shoes. also the 18th was closed. wasn’t told of this until we got to the 18th hole. hopefully it was just a bad day because i have heard great things and may want to try this place again.
Front desk
We have been playing here all summer . For the price the course is ok. The guy in front has an attitude , he would rather answer the phone and chat and sign up people for their coupon sign up. Just rude .
Slowest round of your life
If you want to spend your whole day on the course here you go. Terrible pace management, made it through 18 after 6+ hours..
Course is nice right now!
Course was nice, hole 18 and hole 10 still have the issues with little to no grass in that certain section that dips. But other than that the course is playing nice. Greens are actually really nice and rolling pretty well. Especially for such a busy course with a lot of people who don’t fix divots or greens.
I haven’t seen the second cut look this well at this course in years. It’s nice being in decent grass with a decent lie if you miss the fairway.
The value is there
It’s taken care of well .,ITS soggy but a lot of courses are soggy due to all the wet lands .,Tee boxes are in good shape . The rough did need mowing last time , this time could a least find my ball .
Eagle Valley East
Fine course for beginners and those preferring an easier layout. Have played the course many times. It is reasonably good condition with needed maintenance in a few areas.
You get what you pay for.
Relatively easy course without a lot of trouble. The fairways were in decent shape, overall, with some having poor conditions (usually due to watering or runoff), or dry conditions. The greens were also decent, with some trickery going on on some. Great fun though.
