About
The West Course at Eagle Valley Golf Course winds through the Carson City foothills at the base of the Eastern Sierra. The links-style layout features an interesting variety of holes that provide a formidable test for even the most advanced players. The fairways are lined with native desert vegetation that grows tall enough to provide some challenge and several water hazards are strategically placed throughout. The dramatic elevation changes in the rolling landscape also require forced carries. Accuracy is vital to doing well on the golf course, offering a true risk-and-reward experience. For golfers wanting a more relaxed round, Eagle Valley offers the less daunting East Course.

If it weren’t for the wind it would have been a good day. Greens rolled well, course was in good condition for this time of year. Tee box’s need some work, clean up all the broken tees. They need to replace the driving range mats, putting green is great.
Course and staff
I’ve played it twice and wouldn’t mind going a third or fourth. The staff is friendly, I have nothing negative to say about them. Good place all around.
Course Review
I've played this course many times and will continue to do so in the future. Brought a friend out for his first time playing thus course and he already wants to play it the following weekend on both Saturday and Sunday hahaha. Course and staff from check in to Cart girl was fantastic! I'm sure more of my golf buddies will take to this course once they find out how well kept and we'll run it is. Oh and the driving range was also great!
Worth it, indeed.
The course is in great shape. Staff was swell. Only issue was no running water out on the course, so like I couldn’t wash my hands or fill up water bottles. (There was a water line breach at the clubhouse but that is not their fault). Definitely worth the price and decent enough challenge.
Great staff, course, condition, value: But don't go. We want to keep a well-kept secret.
It's horrible, don't come. It's haunted, cursed, and dangerous... to keep it open and not over-booked. Just sayin'.
Fun
First time playing this course as well as two others in my party. It was a pretty difficult course, especially in 20 mile an hour winds which is often here. I actually thought I booked the easier part of this 218 hole but the west is definitely more difficult, but it was also really fun piece of play was good. We did get pushed a little bit from behind, but once things started to open up. It was all good. I would definitely play it again. Price for the value was also good.
Excellent conditions for late January
All staff super friendly. Greens were great for January. Fairways were also great for January. Food in the bar area was solid with very friendly staff. Overall a wonderful day.
Beautiful day of golf
For the end of January the golfin was great. The greens are in amazing shape and the course is looking very good. We had a great time out there today. I looked like everyone was having fun and had a good hot deal. All the way around good times!
Always good
Course is always consistent. Winter golf was great, tee boxes a little hard still but that’s natures fault.

Decent golf course
Pain in the behind when your tee time gets pushed back 40 minutes while your getting ready to tee off because a random tournament has to play through in front of you
Fun Course
The course was in good condition for this time of year. It has holes that are challenging and different from the courses in the area. A bargain.
