Los Lagos Golf Course

It was a mistake to play this course, or any course on Monday. With all the rain we had Sunday made the fairways very wet. And the the cold windy day I played didn’t help.

I’ve played Los Lagos many time. It’s a great course with the right weather conditions.

Nestled in the neighborhoods of San Jose this course is a gem hidden in an expanding urban metropolis. The course is always beautiful and well maintained from tee boxes and fairways, to gorgeous smooth greens that are a wonderful challenge. The course may not be the longest but that's not where the challenge lies. Spotted with bunkers throughout and lakes that will see how bold you really are, this course will challenge you while taking your breath away at the same time. If you want to test your golf medle and step away from cookie cutter municiple courses this is your place.

I was surprised by the course conditions. Greens were in excellent shape, fairways and rough were well maintained. It's fairly short, quite few par 3s, but has some challenging holes. We played in 3 hours 45 minutes,

Great little course. Pace of play was good. They could use more fairway distance amrkers.

Nice staff, course is decently taken care of but it’s a lot to charge with the homeless population that borders most holes on the other side of the river. Having to monitor your cart from the green/fairway to watch your belongings isn’t a great vibe.

On an 88 degree day, all of the water coolers on the course were completely empty. After 9, I went in and told the staff that it would really be nice if they put the coolers out, they said they'd take care of it, and on the back 9, there was still no water.

Dehydration aside, the course was actually kind of nice. It's a weird layout and driving between holes takes you all over the place, but the course itself was in decent shape. Bunkers were lousy and hard. Greens were a tad slow but very playable. Fairways were in good shape. Lots of par 3's and a couple 5's. Very few 4's for a par 68 course. It's priced properly, and had a reasonable pace of play. Would consider returning.

This municipal is taken care of, greens are consistent, bunkers need help. Pace of play was slow but everyone’s learning.

Stopped at the turn for food and drinks, they were fast friendly and it was yummy, good value as well.

I was really impressed with this course. Fast pace of play. Beautiful course. Good value for the money. This is one of the best courses I've played in the South Bay and will come back. Really pretty scenery. The only knock is that the course is really short and a lot of Par 3s.
