Nice course but lots of homeless on the course trails.
The course was well-maintained. Unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless camps along the trails. On the day that we were there the pace of play was very slow. The Fairways were wide open and the course was not very difficult.
Slooooow plaaaay
They sent way to many people out both front and back
Fun course
Well maintained. Some tricky spots. Good greens. Fun place to play
Los Lagos is always well maintained and fun to play.
SSSLLLOOOWWW
We played 30 minutes after the last group of a tournament on Saturday. It was the slowest round of golf I think I have ever played at 5.5 hours. The marshal was unable or unwilling to help speed things up. The course is in good shape, but be on the lookout for thieving foxes and numerous homeless people.
Bad day atLos Lagos
I’ve played at this course since it opened. It can be slow at times, but the last time was rediculous! 4.25 hours for 12 holes. At that point we quit.
A Pleasant Surprise
Although it's only a par 68 with a slope of 113, it presents several challenges. Recommend to any handicaper
Great condition
It’s been a while since I played here but have always left without a complaint. Well only about my game not the course. I played a day after a rainy day. Mostly showers and was expecting some during my round. It didn’t rain as expected but did come down for a bit and the course drained great. I’ve played at other courses that are soggy and wet a week after some rain. Not Los Lagos. Their was maybe one spot my ball landed on the fairway that was a little wet but nothing close to mud or sogginess. The course is maintained very well. The greens are nice and smooth. No dry patches on tee box, fairways and greens. The greens keeper does awesome work. Anyways overall great course to play.
Good course for novice players
I enjoy Los Lagos because its easy to play as a novice golfer but also challenging enough for an intermediate golfer. The wildlife is pretty nice as well and the course is very well kept.
Very Nice Round
it was a cool slightly windy day but it was in great condition. the pace was slow to start but picked up later.
great course for beginners and intermediate golfer
The staff are nice , considering i booked my tee time with Golfnow(some golfcourse are a bit nasty when they see that you booked your tee time from Golfnow instead of directly with them).
It rain in the morning so the course is a little soft and some fairways are muddy. they still allow the used of cart . fairway are in good shape and putting green are excellent. The course rating is low but i find it a bit challenging , there's some bankers that can trap you whenever you missed hit and some little lake that seems to pull in your balls. This course look deceivingly easy but beware it will surprise you. It's in prime silicon valley location so their rate is a bit higher for seniors that are on a bit tight budget. Just wish taht their management is practically enough that the younger generations golfers (who usually works for high payer employer like Google ,facebook etc... only plays on Fridays and week end. So midweek is kinda slow and they can offer lower rate for retirees to play .instead of letting the course idle away and no revenue and additional rounds played. great course, only thing i will add is to add barber pole yardage in the center of the fairways at 225,200,150 and 100yards marker. (this will solve the biggest annoyances that every one complained about---SLOW PLAY) only single handicap player want accurate yardage within 3 to 5 yards. more than 90 percent of the golfers dont use those scope or gps gizmos . They'll just look at the closes yard marker and just estimate how far they are from the pin.
