Lagos is always reliable
Los Lagos is one of my regular courses. Always well-maintained. Sometimes overcrowded but it never fails to be a good round.
great condition
Well kept and challenging, greens in great shape but tough to read.
Short but fun course. Very slow pace of play.
For a muni course, Los Lagos is kept in good condition. It is a short course with a lot of par 3s and short par 4s. There are a couple of long par 5s.
My only complaint is the slow pace of play. Maybe they need to schedule tee times further part.
Greens in good shape
This track is in good shape greens run pretty good and layout not bad. Worthy of playing for a decent deal.
Sunday afternoon
Fun par 3's. Nice farway. Challenging but fair greens.
Had a good time
The course was in good shape and pace of play was excellent (maybe the Ryder cup had something to do with it.
Good course
Well-kept course, well-designed. Greens are undulating but slow. Too many Par 3's and not enough Par 4's.
NO SLOW PLAY
Sunday late morning tee time. NOONE in front of us and NOBODY pushing us. The golf was excellent and we finished the entire round in four hours. You have to watch out for the four legged foxes out on the course. They will get in your cart and take almost anything. My friend lost his lunch to the foxes and it was zipped up tight in his golf bag.
Excellent muni
Excellent little muni hidden away in the middle of suburban San Jose. Small but challenging due to winds.
Great twilight value.
The weather was great, the family had fun, the beer was cold: How does it get better than that?
Fairways & Green both in top condiyion
Couldn't ask for better course conditions. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They let us go out early which was a gooc consideration.
A hidden jem that will challenge the avid golfer
I played this course on a beautiful friday afternoon and was paired with a twosome who has played this course on a regular basis. The course is short in length but played longer due to the wind. The greens and bunkers were well maintained for a public muni. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this course was and definitely recommend it. There are plenty of par 3 holes which will give you more opportunities to get that hole in one most of us only dream of. The long par 5 18th presents a good finishing hole.
Lots of par threes
5 on the front and 3 on the back. 68 par as a result. Good chances to score. People really need to repair their ball marks as they were plentiful. Wasn't crowded for the value. Overall a good course to jump out and play while I was in town
Good course
Los Lagos is good course. Lots of great par threes. Lots of fox around the course. Very friendly sraff. Finished the round in 4 hours and 10 minutes.
Well kept, but slow in afternoon
I was second out in the morning and the course was in great shape. I finished in 3 1/2 hours, but you could tell as I was leaving, don't play in the afternoon.
Good Course, Slow play
This is a nice course with some easy and some challenging holes. The greens are always top notch. My problem is that it was a holiday weekend and the course was backed up to the point that I took a rain check for the second nine....there should have been a Marshal on the course. The group in front of us had ZERO clue how to play or golf etiquette. Hey novices (that is a very kind word for this group), TAKE A LESSON or GO TO THE RANGE before clogging up a nice course on a holiday weekend.
