Cheap given surrounding courses, but highly unimpressed. Decided to pay the money for the nicer nearby courses the follow day and had a great experience. Grass was brown and visible dirt areas. Tee boxes were very uneven and heavy dirt only spots. Below par for a Myrtle Course. Only upside is cheap.

A pleasant round of golf
This is a beautiful course. The staff are friendly and helpful. The fairways were so-so. The cartpaths were mostly worn. However, workers were everywhere trying to maintain and improve the course. The two restrooms were either closed or under construction.

Big bug bug
Played for the first time here while on vacation. Friendly staff at check in. They didn’t tell us nor did I receive any type of notification that the green had just been aerated the week before. Nice layout and we got paired with 2 really decent guys and we immediately hit it off with them. The major issue is the flying bugs. No getting away from them, they are everywhere flying around your head on every shot. This really ruined the round.

Myrtle Beach Golf
Inside and outside staff were very friendly and welcoming. John, outside staff, gave me pointers for the first two holes and reminded me to remain on cart paths on all par 3's. Course was in acceptable condition; however, the greens were still healing from being punched and sanded. Putts were very slow and easily deflected off line. First time playing this course but would enjoy returning. Grill staff offered a cold, wet towel once I entered following my round. The humidity was very high and I guess I looked like I could use a cold, wet towel!!!

Excellent Experience
The course was great except for the greens but we knew that ahead of time. Staff was super friendly. The course layout was very good. I look forward to playing again.

Slooowwwww!!!!
They never informed us they had just aerated the greens!! Should have said something or offered a discount. It was horrendous!

Searching for something positive here, oh yeah Price
I was fully aware the greens had just been punched and to dressed. So, my expectations were low…. Had I known the tee boxes and fairways were so poor I would’ve played somewhere else. Would’ve gladly played more to get more!!! Improve the tees and fairway conditions and then you can charge more

Slow play
The course was nice but by the sixth hole, the group in front of us had a hole and a half open in front of them, had to call the pro shop to get someone out to speed them up, they finally let us through, Too many starters, not enough Marshall’s.
