Nice course, excellent pace of play. Great layout as well. No one in the snack shop was a minus but overall we had a great time.

Nicest of the four
We played 4 different courses this week and this was the nicest one of the four, even nicer than the more expensive one we played.
Forgiving fairways, drinking water available on the course, cart paths were in good condition, greens were well watered, all traps had actual sand in them, personnel were friendly . Would certainly return to this course, although a little bit pricey.

Rushed to the tee
Got to the course about an hour before our tee time to hit some balls and get a feel for the greens. Didn’t get a chance to putt any because the starter rushed us to the first tee and told us they were trying to speed things up. Felt rushed to the tee but had to wait to hit just about every shot due to the slow groups in front of us. This course was recommended over Whispering Pines but we preferred Whispering Pines over Beachwood. It was cheaper and the greens were in better shape. And Whispering Pines wasn’t nearly as slow and there were only 2 of us there.
Beachwood does have some open fairways however, so if you struggle to find your fairway, you will probably enjoy this course.
