Good course and challenging
First time. Great staff. Spring conditions. Greens better than most tis time of year. Rough dormant.
Old course, not worth the money
The ground was very hard and there was some kind of blue food coloring on the green that turned your hand blue from picking up your ball. Not a fun course and not pretty at all.

Would like to play again in the spring
I paid $64 through Military Tee times (I'm starting to think they don't have my best interest any longer)which was not a good price for this course. I don't mind paying that to play golf I just expect a little niceer. I don't blame the conditions on anything except time of year. I'm sure when everything greens up, it will be a nice course. The staff was extremely nice. I would play it again if the price is better. I played Whispering Pines two days later and it was a much better course and about $15.00 less money. I have to figure out how to get better golf rates while on vacation.

Stay away
This course is in very poor shape and playing it was not very enjoyable at all. I would try other courses in the area before booking a tee-time here.

Too many players
Everything was great except the 5 hour round. This course always has so much business the need 12 minute start times.

Simple layout, but extremely rewarding results.
Staff was friendly and provided a golf experience second to none. Starter, marshals, beverage gal, and short order cook all were collectively responsible for great day of golfing under demanding conditions. Customer service was obviously the mantra for the day!

Good Condition
There had been heavy rain the day before but the coarse seemed to have absorbed the rain fine, not many wet spots. Fairways and greens were in surprisingly good condition. There are one or two quirky dog legs but most holes were well layer out and it was an easy play. Lots of bunkers. We did not use the amenities.

Great value for average player
My first time playing in awhile and it was a perfect course for coming back. Super friendly staff, no wait, beat the rain. Great day!

March Golf
The staff was extremely friendly. Got our bags in the lot, pro shop attendant was very friendly and the starter got us off a little early. Course was packed so the pace was a little slow. Weather was cold and very windy which made the day very difficult. The course was is OK shape for early March. During the season, it may be worth a try
