Beachwood Golf Club

My husband and I enjoyed a late evening round of golf and really enjoyed the course. Some of the greens were a little bumpy due to aeration but overall we’re very satisfied.

Online booking stated that aeration occurred in May

Had a group of 6 players cut down. They added an extra player to our group. Didn't find that very accommodating. And they sanded their greens and area did wish I'd have known that never would have booked. It played somewhere else. Staff is mediocre at best. Try to work with them. They did not work with us..

They were aerating the entire course besides the greens. I understand that this has to be done but could’ve let us know at time of booking. Also could’ve reflected in the price. Was still the cost is was before a few days earlier when they weren’t aerating.

After two years off the course recovering from shoulder surgery, I finally got back out—and Beachwood Golf Club was the perfect place to make my return! ⛳️

From the moment I arrived, I was met with friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, and a beautifully maintained course. The fairways were forgiving yet challenging enough to keep it fun, and the greens rolled true.

The layout was smooth and well-paced—ideal for someone like me easing back into the game. I couldn’t have asked for a better course to reignite my love for golf. 🙌🏽

Big shoutout to Beachwood for making my comeback round one to remember. Highly recommend for all skill levels, especially if you’re looking for a classic Myrtle Beach golf vibe with a warm welcome.

have played this course multiple times ,but this time it was in maintenance of the fairways. I have no problem with that as that what keeps this course in my play everytime im in town... my only dislike is the price of $70 and no discount due to course condition

I’m glad I caught this on a hot deal via the golf now app, I couldn’t imagine paying an $25-30 (paid $50 for 18 w/ cart). Course is decent shape, greens are good. Wasn’t a fan of them aerating the 7th hole while literally being golfed on with other players, the whole 7th fairway, tee box, everything other than the green was actively being aerated. Staff are very friendly, carts are up to date and drive well with USB hook ups.

What can I say but I really had a blast 💥 it was my first playing a round of golf in 2 years since my shoulder and bicep surgery! It was a great feeling again just to hit the ball! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Myrtle Beach!!

Visiting for vacation from Massachusetts and I had a very positive experience. I went Tuesday and got rained out 6 holes into the round. Everyone in the club house was kind, the starters were extremely nice and were chatting it up with us before we took off. Course wasn’t difficult pretty straightforward, few challenging holes. Only gripe I’ll say is with the fairways and tee boxes being punched during our round, but I understand it’s that time of the year so I won’t hold that against the course. All in all very positive experience and next time down I’ll come here for sure.

Played early, so pace was not an issue. Making the turn #1 tee box was pretty backed up. Great course for the price.

We played on a somewhat stormy day. We played two holes, then had to delay for a while. When the rain stopped, they fit us back onto the course. We finished nine, and the storms started again. They gave us a rain check for the back nine with no questions asked. They had even lent us a golf bag for my wife. Nice people.
