Beachwood Golf Club

Played as a foursome on a Saturday morning. All four of us were first-timers at Beachwood and 18-20 handicappers. Pro shop and staters got us going quickly and answered all of our questions. Tee boxes, fairways and greens all good condition. Good, continuous cart path along all holes. Traps had been pounded by recent rains but plenty of pure sand. Simply a great value for the price right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach Would play again.

Not the most challenging or scenic course in MB but all the boxes were checked on my round yesterday. The greens were plugged but still quite fast and receptive on approach shots - tee boxes and fairways also in excellent condition. Picking up my bag upon arrival, rangers keeping the pace of play moving and beer carts out made it very enjoyable.

I enjoyed my day with my wife playing Beachwood. It was convenient to get to, affordable, and very good course conditions for the price. It was plenty challenging from the back tees, and my wife found it very fair from the ladies tees as well. I will definitely be back again.

Nice track with greens recently aerated. I was aware of this when booking, so no problems or surprises.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The layout, quality, condition, and staff were top notch. For a public course with tons of people playing it, it def holds up and is well kept. The greens even after aeration were firm and solid with no holes.

Beachwood is good value, but always be prepared for a slow round. Unless it's 3pm and 97 degrees in July, it's gonna be slow. The starter did go out and try to help speed up the groups taking forever, and was very nice to us as he passed, but even after play was slow. Course is in good shape for the price. Always enjoy the round there, except the almost 5.5 hours it takes.

I had a great time I played with a group on the front then another on the back everyone was friendly and I was treated very well by the staff, I could be spoiled playing there, compared to the Winston-Salem area courses

With all the many options in MB, I would avoid this course. Most of staff not very friendly with the exception of one that helped load carts. They seemed to cram as many tee times in as humanly possible 7 mins apart on a Saturday morning. It took an hour an a half to play 3 freaking holes! Marshalls were clueless about how to manage pace of play. Nice enough course and in good shape but I am one and done with this place.

Course was un GREAT condition. Greens and fairways were pristine.

This is one of the best value courses in MB. Especially if you use a hot deal. The conditions were very good

Well I had a good time playing around with some very nice fellas I was paired with. I must say the condition of the fairways and rings could have been better. The fairways were very dry and not much grass and the greens needed some improvement as well.
