I always enjoy this course. always in good shape and the views are great. The course plays fair. Good shots are rewarded and bad shots will cost you strokes. The course has open feel to it as there are no houses on the course, which I love.

The golf carts are kinda shanty but ours worked fine for the round

This course is amazing from the drive up to it and to the very last hole… no service when you get there but you’ll get a bar or 2 on some holes so you really feel detached from everything which I think is absolutely awesome,

The course is in great shape for tee to green. Played early 6:10 and finished in a little less than 4 hours.. The views while playing are fantastic.

Maybe the best greens in Southern Cal I would highly recommend this layout the fairways are in great shape. However, the roof is up and a little thick, and it is not the easiest course to play. We had some hackers in front of us as usual playing the wrong set a tease so the round was a little bit over four hours and 35 minutes. Way too long for 7 AM teatime other than that great experience.

Course was rad man. Tough and very rewarding. Birdie is a blessing on most holes.

If you’re reading the reviews, YES book it! It’s worth every penny in my opinion! Definitely not a easy course but the atmosphere, pace of play and just the course itself is amazing!!! Greens are PURE. Fairways are tight but PURE! I drove over an hour and I will be doing it again.

First time at Cross Creek and really enjoyed it overall. Our round got off to a later start because someone with an earlier tee time was late and they let that group slide in before us. We teed off about 25 minutes after our scheduled time. The first 5-6 holes were very foggy so it was difficult to pick out our target, but luckily we had a single join us that had played here a few times and he kept us in the fairway. At the turn it took over 15 minutes to get refreshments - apparently someone had called in sick so they were understaffed. 3-4 groups were waiting for food and drinks and overall it took over 20 minutes to travel between hole 9 and hole 10. The views on the back 9 were spectacular thanks to the fog burning off. The contrast between the front 9 and the back 9 is interesting, but it made for a very good test of golf. Other than a 5+ hour round for various reasons, it was a great day and I will definitely be back.

I was shocked when I stepped on this course on Saturday.. The place is in US open conditions minus 6 inch rough. Besides the awesome layout everything about this place is 5 star.. I would give the conditions 7 stars if I could... Legendary greens rolling around 10.5-11 , roll about as true as you can get

the fairways are velvet .. the staff is great , range in great shape and I cant wait to get back out there ..

A fantastic layout in an idyllic setting. I read some recent reviews saying that the course was in good shape. I decided to get back out there for the first time in 4 years. It was all that and a bag of chips. Fantastic shape, greens are the best that I've seen at this course. This is a must play in SoCal right now.

Love this place but what a joke. We had to wait for carts and then one of them died around hole 15. No cell service, no ranger, no cart girl so no one to tell. Had to push our cart through the last holes.

I'm told they are getting new carts. That's great but should have enough to support the number of players now

Just like golf and life, it’s beautiful but challenging. True wine country course in my opinion. Bring extra balls if your not the best driver lol.

Fast play, quiet, good price, carts and well maintained course. Thought it was a private course at first. Friendly staff would play again. First 9 holes is my favorite, bit easier and back 9 is more challenging (lost ball). Only downside is no service, cant use golf apps. Would recommend.
