Situated amidst the beauty of the Temecula Valley, CrossCreek Golf Club enjoys a peacefully secluded setting enclosed by groves of mature oak and sycamore trees. Arthur Hills designed the course, using the rolling hills to incorporate tricky blind shots to elevated greens. His design is a true test of target golf. There is plenty of variety throughout the golf course with some holes that are framed by towering treetops and other holes that are wide-open, subjecting them to the prevailing winds. You won't find too many greenside bunkers but there are many fairways bunkers. Be prepared to use every club in your bag on this golf course. One of CrossCreek Golf Club's most memorable holes is the par-3 17th, which is carved into a rocky hillside. The green is similar to that of the notorious 12th hole at Augusta National, featuring a bushy creek protecting the front.

Great Course

Played here the first tome today. Course was in great shape overall. They were very friendly in the club house and offered great advice on the course. The starter was knowledgeable as well and everyone had a great time. This course is very quiet and relaxing and a far cry from your normal track home lined courses nearby. Very little cell coverage, so don’t plan on conducting any business. I enjoyed not having my phone going off all round so it was nice for me. I will be back.

Challenging but Enjoyable

Course was still enjoyable despite maintenance. I was surprised how challenging it was, greens were not easy, fairways aren’t extremely wide, and mistakes will be punished. However the views, conditions, and layout made it worth it.

I am the enemy of my game

Courses in pretty good condition. Greens were slow. Haven't experienced slow greens in quite some time. Course was a little beat up. However it's not the courses fault that I played poorly. Therefore I am the enemy of my own game.

The course was in good shape overall, difficult for a high handicap golfer. The pace was a little slow. I love the course, it’s in a beautiful natural setting. The only issue I had was that I was asked to share a cart which I was not willing to do because of COVID. I had to pay an additional $15 to get my own cart which was disappointing, especially since an empty cart rolled up two minutes after I paid the additional $15!
