About
ChampionsGate Golf Resort, an un-matched golf facility for world-class golf, offers 36 holes designed by International golf champion Greg Norman and is the World Headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Champions has two excellent and very different golf courses on a single site.
Greg Norman blended tradition and modern elements to create a unique golf experience.
The International course, which is the highest rated course in Florida, has the look and feel of a links-style layout in the British Isles. The International offers a golf experience unlike any other in the Orlando area, but one that will be familiar to those who have played the links courses of Scotland and Ireland. The International was designed, constructed and seeded to offer a hard, fast playing surface similar to those found on true links courses. The International, with 18 of the most dramatic and challenging holes in Florida, is destined to rank among the top resort courses in the country.

Great Course
Course was in great shape. The course has some weather and fairway bunkers that will challenge you but also has some "feel good" holes.

Fun, hot, hot.
First who stole the breeze. Course was in great shape. Greens are the nicest I’ve played in months. Watch the water and very deep rough. But that to be expected on the international course.

Very challenging course. A game or bust on this side.no spraying the ball here. Many penalties will follow. Keep ball in play off the tee and scoring is available. If not you will struggle. Greens hold and roll nicely. Will be back to challenge this course again. Bad front score but followed with a great back nine. Hit it well or score high. Your choice. Great overall course in very nice condition.

Overall very good value and courses
It's very windy and hot today (about 30mph winds) so many degrees of a challenge were added due to the weather. Most of the fairways are very generous. The rough is very long which is typical for link style courses. Keep your shots straight; otherwise, it's almost impossible to get out of the rough. Conditions from tee to green are awesome. There are enough elevation changes and green undulations to keep your focus on the entire game. Range balls are complimentary which is another bonus offer by this awesome course. Given the challenges of this link course, I think the National course is actually more difficult to play since it offers a lot more hazards. The conditions for both courses are equally good. Highly recommended!

Want a Challenge?
it is a very challenging golf course. Of you hit it in the rough, good luck finding your ball. Hole 8, make sure you stick it on the green or hit it left. If it rolls right, will be in the water (last time the rough was high there, this time was cut really short). Next time I know to not use my driver every hole.

Course is in phenomenal shape. Greens are pristine. Rough is DEEP!! Wasn’t a fan of several of the par 4s but overall a pretty good track.

Needs a second play
Great condition, fun course. Sight lines are tough the first time around. If you hit it in the long stuff you aren’t finding it. Would definitely play again...

Amazing course
Beautiful course! Definitely worth playing and a great value!! Greens are rolling nicely, tees to greens everything is perfectly maintained and it drains well even with all the rain.
