I am going to be a little biased here because I had one of my best rounds ever. I always liked EC. It is wide open and no water in play until the last two holes. Course was in really good shape and the greens were smooth and fairly fast. Playing as a single, starter made sure I was paired with an appropriate group which is important to me. Too many courses don't really care and will send you out alone if the tee box is open. It was an enjoyable round. It is always a busy course so, don't expect a 3-hour round. You will take the whole 4 hours plus some.

The course was in very good shape. Greens were moderately fast and well kept.

Absolutely need more rakes for the traps. Many large traps have only one rake. I have NEVER understood why courses have the small rakes. Ridiculous! Correcting this would obviously speed up play and highly increase the chance of players actually raking the traps!

This was probably the sixth time playing here for me and every time play got extremely slow on the back nine. Moderately slow from 10 to ridiculously slow by 15.

There a a ranger on the course, who happened to be very friendly ,it didn’t seem to help much with speed of play on the back nine. Started at 2:12 and ran out of daylight by 17.

Beautiful golf course and a gem when you can get it for a discount. Staff always friendly!

I booked this with a hot deal, and the GiveThx discount for my round on Thanksgiving before the turkey. If I could play this course regularly for this price I would be there every weekend. The course is in great shape! Greens were fast and had some contour to them, so getting above the hole was risky.

Not many forced carries, and other than one lake you wouldn't have seen off the tee box that the starter mentioned you can pretty much see the trouble and play your way around it. There are some serious bunkers on the course. Bermuda always makes shots out of the rough a challenge. It will test you, but the course rewards good shot making. The final par five is a real three shot hole given the water in front almost forces a layup on the second.

The beverage cart called it quits while we were still on the front nine (understandable on Thanksgiving), but the snack bar at the turn was still available if wanted.

A lot of fun and well worth the 45 minute drive to the east side of town!

Had a wonderful game with two fabulous people but the pace was slow nearly 5hours. Got frustrated with the two young girls in front when on the par 3’s once they had finished the wound stay there and practice chipping and the putting think the we’re going to play a competition at the club. But the etiquette for golf is being lost when they don’t think of others on the tee behind.

I always love playing this course but found recently costs were too high until I got a good deal playing Monday. Course was not crowded and got around quickly after a group of 8 let us pass. Course always in great shape and a great confidence building course due to the different tee lengths. Highly recommend course assuming paying a reasonable price $60 or less before using golf now credits.

2:48 tee time. 7:00 PM cart return. Finished 14 holes, waiting on every shot.

Marshals ineffective.

We arrived early g do or a good warm up. Staff were very helpful and even offered for us to go out earlier if we wished. The practice areas were good well they gave you what was required to warm up properly. The tee boxes show minor signs of wear d as d tear but still good. The fairway played lovely and the Bermuda grass around the greens and off the fairways looked nice but difficult as it always is. The green putted true although a little slower than I like.

There was no beverage cart but the course was not busy so it might of came out later (teed off at 08:03). We got held up slightly on the last two holes but still got round in 3 hours.

We ate in the Belfry bar/restaurant and the young lady that served us was very polite and chatty (sorry did not get her name). The food was lovely as it has been in the past.

A definite little gem to play and frequent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoy the course and enjoy the gentleman I played with. Play was incredibly slow and did not have to be if there was a marshall. The back nine took about 2 hours and 45 minutes with a twosome in front of us and several holes open in front of them. Did not see a Marshall on the back nine. This was a problem that could have been solved if someone was available to do their job. The entire round took about 5 hours and 15 minutes

We are 4 friends on a golf trip. 3 of us are playing competition golf regularly, 1 of us is more of a "enjoy the day" type of player. Overall, we we're satisfied with our day there. Course was in good overall shape. Greens could've been a little bit faster. Staff was great. Would play again

Disappointed restaurant closed becouse of tornenent, bugges only on carpath, becouse of raining the day before no water provited , no selling of beverages during the round and it was very hot.😞

EC is in excellent condition. Greens are fast and true. Fairways nice, rough is deep and challenging. Sand traps are dense, avoid them. . Not an overly challenging course, but it is in great condition.
