Always great conditions
For as many years as I’ve played here I can say I’ve ever been disappointed with the conditions since they resodded with paspalum grass. The course is always in great condition tee to green. I can’t comment on off course amenities because there isn’t much with Covid going on but I have been into the bar area and it’s good for a post round beer and lunch. Can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed after a round here. Keep it up.
First time at the course
I was in Ft. Lauderdale for business and a few days vacation. Some locals recommended Pembroke Lakes. Was very impressed this was such a well kept municipal course. The course was challenging but not overly difficult. It was apparent a lot of players don’t repair their ball marks on the green. Since it is such a nice course, shame on them for not properly repairing their ball marks. Enjoyed the round and the players I was paired with. Will definitely return to play here in the future.
Great coarse
Coarse was in great shape! Staff was awesome! I lost my phone on the coarse and they went the extra mile and helped me find it!
Great local option
Nice to have another golf course to play in the broward area. Not quite a jacaranda or plantation preserve but a little nicer than Davie in my opinion. I’m a 15 handicap and this course is a nice blend of challenging but with reachable greens. Will be back
One of the best conditioned public course in Broward County
This is my local public course and it's in pristine conditions. A lot of water hazards and enough undulated greens to make you think for every shot and putt. I play this course frequently and definitely would recommend it to anyone.
It’s flat really no personality
tree leaves on the fairway definitely not country club golf but not everybody can play And pay for country club golf .I
But they have the clientele
Nice track
1st time playing. Layout was good and greens were good.
Will be back when pricing drops in a few months.
Out of Towner
To be honest, after seeing the reviews, I had high expectations. The proshop staff were great, then we met the starter and he was classless. The place does not show well, it lacks any visual appeal, that said the greens are in exellent conditions and roll well. Course design, is flat and tight with lots of water and ob with no real notable holes. The course is ok, it's a solid 3 star course, if you are a local and looking to get a new view , it's probably interesting, if you are in from out of town and looking for a round I think you could find something better
Pembroke Jwel
The course us in excellent conditions and is challenging at all levels. Good outing and nice setting

Great condition,a lot of movement which makes it a very fun course.lot’s of water ,you need to think you’re way around the course but fun track
Good course...fair price
I drive up from Miami to play here because the good courses in Miami are crazy expensive, and the moderately-priced ones are just plain bad. But in Broward County you can still get a good course for a fair price. Pembroke Lakes has a very nice layout, the fairways are in good shape (I never saw dead grass, dirt, or mud), the greens roll very nicely (again, no dead spots), and the course is challenging but very nice to play. The staff is nice and the players are there to have a good time...no rush or rudeness.
Sanil of a round
Playing after lunch on a Wednesday afternoon turned out to be like a root canal. Painfully slow, lots of foursomes probably on vacation, so there was no sense of urgency.
The greens were somewhat bumpy and treated with great disrespect with unrepaired ball marks. I like this course, it requires shaping tee shots and water is in play on several holes. But I may wait until the summer when the traffic is less.
