Spring valley… it is what it is
It’s a good course, nothing crazy, course is always maintained. Easily walkable…. If you can get this place for less than 45 walking it’s worth it but anything more there’s other courses in the area that are better for the same price.
No notice or discount for aerated greens
Greens had been recently aerated and there was no notice or discount. Pace of play was super slow even for a Sunday. No marshal out to enforce. Driving range under construction. Staff are friendly but doesn’t make up for the play. Sad because this has been a favorite in the past.
Greens
I'm sorry but charging full price for when you are aerating your greens. They where less than 14 days aerated. They shouldn't charge 66 to play plus 36 dollars for cart fees. That's just crazy. The course isn't a 100 dollar course.
We are sorry you didn't enjoy your time on the course, however spring aerification is a normal maintenance practice at golf courses. Unlike most golf courses, we took pricing consideration while the aerification process took place due to the fact that players incurred inconvenience. We can assure you that greens return to normal 2-3 weeks after the aerification takes place. We hope you will consider coming back and giving the course another try.
We would also like you to know that cart fees are $18 per person on the weekend, not $36.

Perfect weather...a bit crowded
Nice day! Round took about 4:45 so a bit slow (there was a complete beginner in the group ahead of me, so to be expected). But other than that I always enjoy the layout of this course, and the conditions were pretty good. Will be back!
A “Muni” experience for sure
5 1/2 hr round no marshal to be seen to keep things moving- poor layout- hokey greens- tee boxes and fairways average (being nice there)- definitely a course for beginners- experienced golfers beware as I probably will not return - I know harsh review but they have a lot of work to do here.

We work hard to try and maintain pace of play, but it can prove difficult when the course is busy, especially on weekends.
We also are constantly working to improve course conditions. We believe our standards are high and are sorry you didn't feel the same way. We hope you will come back out and give us another shot so we can provide a better experience.
Slow play on a short course
Slow play on a windy cold Friday afternoon. Course was in OK shape.
ALWAYS crowded
They load the tee sheet it is ALWAYS backed up ALWAYS! I played 3 holes it took me 1hr ! I went out as a single ended up pairing up with others cuz the time was beyond ridiculous! Finish up the front nine at a group of 7ppp cuz it was that backed up !
All they do is get your money and push you out
They do not care about the pace of play just want the MONEY!!! It’s to bad because this place could really be a great course . The price you pay this should not be happening
We are so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience out on the course with us. Our staff works hard to maintain pace of play. It can prove very difficult when we have a lot of golfers out, especially on the weekends.
Frost delay but still got our round
Our 7:30 AM tee time was delayed due to frost. They did a great job accommodating us.
Course conditions were ok. Hole 4 was closed but we got to play the fantastic 2B which is my favorite. Great pace of play.

We are glad to hear you enjoy our staff, but sorry you didn't enjoy your golfing experience with us on this day.
We do have marshals out on the course who work hard to keep pace of play moving, however sometimes on the weekend it can prove difficult.
Our driving range was damaged in a windstorm and due to safety concerns for our golfers we unfortunately have had to have it closed since. Construction has begun to rebuild the driving range and we are excited to have it back open for our golfers.
Spring aerification is a normal maintenance practice at golf courses. We took pricing consideration while the aerification process took place. We can assure you that greens should be back to normal 2-3 weeks after the aerification. We hope you will consider coming back and giving the course another try.
