Always facing dramas and unexpected situations
I enjoyed the court layout, but services that staff provided had been bad and unprofessional. A check in lady with white hair,especially had been so rude during the check in. One incident I faced last week was horrible. A staff who organized the tee times gave away my prepaid spot to another claimed that I was late that in fact I was on time ... He put me an hour later and told me. I experienced drama almost every time I played there. Management needs to fix these issues ... train staff to be more professional.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We have a strict and continuously changing set of protocol in place to protect both our customers and employees against Covid-19. This puts a lot of strain on our employees and creates a less welcoming environment. We have addressed this review with the mentioned employee, along with all team members to make sure everyone knows how to do their job while still promoting an enjoyable atmosphere at Spring Valley. Scammed by the course
Two weeks in a row air quality forecast has been brutal so I canceled. They are still charging me the full green fee and not answering their phones. All I want is to switch my tee time to a day where I’m not gonna risk my health to play. Someone at the shop, please answer your phones.
