Spring Valley Golf Course

This is a medium level challenge golf course; not easy and not too difficult. Greens can be hard to read, especially with certain flag placements. Makes for an enjoyable round when you are out for fun and trying to step up your game a bit.

It was Great playing here again. The tee boxes and greens are all in great shape. The fairways have some burnt areas but overall are in good shape. I brought my son who is a beginner. This course is Very Forgiving. This has to be one of if not my favorite course in the Bay Area.

I have played here a few times and every tine get the same experience. They are a bunch of jerks!

Spring Valley is located in a wonderfully serene location in the Milpitas hills. It's quiet and beautifully surrounded by the hills. You can spot a hang glider or two on some days. It's a great place for the beginning golfer or high handicapper. If you're a low handicapper the course won't challenge you. I like it when I just want to get out and play, not really take on a challenge but just relax and enjoy a peaceful round. Because the higher handicapper plays here the pace can get a little slow but if you're going to wait a little between shots you could be in a lot worse places. It's a reasonable rate for what you get and the staff is nice.

Very nice and fun old school layout. Through the green it’s kind of dried out, which is good because you can really get some roll. Greens are in excellent shape and well cared for. Good value here! Much more fun to play than SJ Muni for me.

First time playing this course with my brother got matched with a 2 sum had a great time! Course is in great shape definitely recommend this course for any player level.

One of the downsides is you cannot bring outside alcoholic beverages and they check your coolers. They do sell beers, snacks, and mini bottle of wines at the check in area and at the turn.

Got to the course and my tee time was right on time. Everyone was very helpful and the course was fantastic.

I’ve been playing this course for years and conditions are darn near always very good... right now they are EXCELLENT! I’m not kidding I’d put these greens up against any in the Bay Area, public or private. Fairways are fantastic also. It’s a great time to play there.
