About

Formerly known as Landmark Golf Club, the Golf Club at Terra Lago was the host of the PGA Tour Skins Game from 1999 to 2002. The club's impressive guest list includes Greg Norman, Phil Mickelson, and Tiger Woods. There are two 18-hole courses available called the North and the South. At 7,044 yards, Terra Lago's South Course is just barely shorter than the 7,060-yard North Course but they are equally challenging. The South is known for having one of the club's most unique and memorable holes, the par-4 second. This narrow hole runs alongside a wide canal that makes anything hit to the right impossible to play. The unique part of the hole comes as you approach the green. To cross the creek, rather than having a traditional wood bridge, the course designer crafted a bridge from an old rail car, which explains its nickname as the "Boxcar" hole.

Poor layout and poor condition

Fairways were ok condition, greens were bumpy and very slow!! Not well kept up

We have played this course 3 years in a row and this will be our last. Signs up warning NO FOOD OR DRINK BROUGHT IN.... but then all water stations not working. No beverage cart either. Full of players so you would think they would have this service going on. Slow play too. Called pro shop to send out a Marshall to speed up the group in front....never saw them. Course was in just ok condition and staff kind of rude. Guy at the bag drop never said anything to us.

Fun, easy track. Be sure to get drinking water from

Water and ice

Very disappointed with the lack of drinking water and ice on the course. Its hot out there and the refreshment stands were closed.

Some of the greens were burnt out

Most of the bunkers have no or next to no sand in them

Great use of land as this is the middle of the desert and just waste land they changed into a golf course. Great job!

Google maps took us to a nearby housing development on the way there. Must have been the owner’s house!

Ok but layout does not flow well

Too many places where it is a long way from one hole to the next. The greens were not consistent and not cut short enough.

The North Course is in much better shape and has a much better flow from one hole to the next. The South course feels much mir broken up and may be due to physical landscape limitations

If you have a choice play the North Course

Course ok but needs improving

Waste bunkers and non existent sand in traps need work. Had a ride along and had to pay “spectator fee” even though there was no cart available. Proshop staff are most unfriendly group we have met in the 5 courses we have played this past week.

Played North course and in much better shape .

Course has done a lot of cleanup of brush on both courses which helps the golf experience
