Redhawk Golf Club

First time on this course so take it for what it is… I was surprised at the condition of the course being as late in the season as it is. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens were great for what I paid and some of the best I’ve had the opportunity to play this summer. The majority of the rough was fairly deep and would eat your ball if you didn’t know exactly where it landed. Enjoyed the layout…Challenging but fun.

It’s been over 30 or more years when I first time playing Red Hawk. It was once of life time experience when I played with excellent layout, condition and maintenance.

It was difficult but full of challenges.

As I played there again last week, it was much better maintained then I went there about 2 years ago. Many poor fairway grasses were regrown; rough grasses or conditions were reinstalled, greens were much nicer. Although, it was not nice as 20-30 years ag, but I could see, the management is working hard to make this beautiful course better again. I appreciated it and will to bring my friends playing there again.

Fairways and greens in very good shape. Some areas so heavily watered the ball would plug in low areas around greens. Play was very slow. Waited on every hole; the round took 4 hours and 50 minutes.

This coarse is in fairly decent condition compared to other local courses. Price is a little much. Greens are decent and roll well. Roughs are super long on some holes requiring a lot of ball hunting if you don’t hit the fairway. Lost a few balls that were still in play after looking for 5 min. Frustrating to drop a ball when you know your ball is in play somewhere under grass that could easily be trimmed to a reasonable length.

I’ve heard great things about RedHawk so I decided to play it while visiting family in the area. The greens were in decent shape along with the fairways but the rough was out of control. We spent way too much time looking for balls that didn’t miss the fairway by much. You had to be standing right on top of your ball to see it. Looked like they were aerating the rough on a few holes so maybe they’re not mowing it right now. All together the course was fun with a challenging layout. Hopefully the overall condition improves this off-season.

This course has always been a favorite of mine, my favorite hole is 8 my friends and I call it the London Bridge, the course is fun and challenging,the pace of play is ok,need to have Marshall control pace,other than that course is worth the cost.

My first time playing this course. The pace of play was good, and my wife and I finished in three hours. The course was in pretty good shape considering it is the end of summer in southern California. The greens were in very good shape and the putts rolled true. I would definitely play this course again if I am in the area.

This course is in great shape. Price is a bit steep but still a good course. The cart was garbage lol. Brakes didn't lock

I was disappointed in the course conditions - specifically the rough. Spent WAY TOO MUCH time looking for balls if you were a foot off the fairway. Literally - if you were not standing ON TOP OF YOUR BALL - You weren't' going to find it. I'm not a PGA pro and this was not the US Open but the conditions would say otherwise. Have played many times before and like it but this was a bit on the ridiculous side.

Played with two friends and had a good time. Course was in pretty good shape, t boxes need to be leveled, Restrooms on the course where the worst ever, no water faucets, spiders, havent been cleaned in weeks maybe longer, sad.

Great time! Great Staff! It’s been over a few years since I have played Redhawk and it didn’t disappoint. Pretty tough course but fair!
