About
Redhawk Golf Club is one of California's 10 best public courses. Located on the outskirts of San Diego in Temecula, the course is home to one of the southern California's only island greens. The layout is challenging no matter what your skill level but it is still immensely enjoyable. The golf course features dramatic elevation changes, narrows fairways that demand accuracy, and multi-tiered greens that are well conditioned. There is ample water on the course but its use feels natural rather than arbitrary. The numerous strategically placed bunkers are equally as challenging, if not more so than the water hazards. Every club in the bag will see some use at Redhawk Golf Club. From the elevated tees, golfers can enjoy views of the surrounding vineyards for some scenic respite from this formidable test.

Fun Day at Redhawk
Played with a couple of great guys. Greens were greatly. Golf course is in great shape for all the rain. Keep it up team. Come play this course if you like a challenge.
Wonderful track
Course in great shape, pace of play and layout all good. Most favorite day in 14 day Temecula excursion. Great value !
Best weather for the year
Nice course, challenging but not difficult. Almost no blind shots dog leg holes that make it more fun.

Awesome
Beautiful course really nice would come here more often the staff is super nice.
Fun course in good shape
Teed off @ 1p on a Tuesday. Staff was friendly & helpful. Specifically the pro shop guy & the starter.
Got paired up with another single. Played in a shade under 4 hours. Had to wait on a couple shots but pace of play was very good. Course was in good-very good shape from tee thru greens. Variety of holes, long & short, dog legs with lakes and ravines. Rates were reasonable relative to comparable So Cal/San Diego courses.
Overall it was a fun round and I'm looking forward to going back. No complaints.
Great course
Sadly, we played the course after they had quite a bit of rain so it was cart-path only so we definitely did a lot of walking for the day..
My one complaint about the course if you cannot take cart to the parking lot, so it is a long haul to the pro shop back-and-forth..
They do have a shuttle cart comes out and we were able to get shuttled from our car to the pro shop and from the pro shop back after around but if you miss the shuttle or there is no more shuttle, it is one long trek carrying your clubs..
Overpriced
Course was in poor condition. Maybe time of the year had influence but still. Tees wasn’t maintained, fairways patchy and visually poor, greens no where near the 10,5 foot as stated on a sign. Maybe between 8 - 8,5 and some were poa and a few bermuda…..
No sand in fairway bunkers - just soil
We were out on reduced rate ($75) and felt robbed - having paid full rate I would have complained.
Nice Course
Great value, we drove over from Palm Springs to check out Temecula. Will definitely be back to this gem of a course as well as try others in the area!
Great course
This course was beautiful.
There were only two very small issues,
We were never being pushed not did we really ever see the 4 some in front of us. Yet for some reason the Marshall came along to tell us to speed up play. Again it was like a were playing alone on the course.
Also the cart management GPS is terrible.
Very distracting from the round on a neat perfect course.
Made me wish I was walking.
Friendly Staff
Very professional and friendly staff makes the golfing experience wonderful. I only wish they had a cart girl out there. There were no on-course beverages available.
