Redhawk Golf Club

The Redhawk golf course is a very nice course! You do need to watch out for things like frost warnings. We kept our 0830 time but it ended up being a shotgun start that had us on #8. Also, not happy about the restaurant that was supposed to open between 0600 & 0700. By 0830 they may have had a bartender and food wouldn't be served until 1030. Not good for a guy on medications who needs 3 meals a day!

Pace of play could have been better taking more than 2 1/2 hours to do the front nine which was actually the back nine on this day. Other than that the course was in pretty good shape except for a few muddy areas! Had an excellent day and looking forward to coming back.

Good layout at fair price. Played hard today as greens were fast. P. O. P. was an acceptable 4.5 hours on a thursday. Marshall popped up here and there. Sand could have been "fluffier" in the greenside bunkers, it was there but packed so lots of rockets hit out. Course is a bit more difficult than it looks. Staff friendly. Wish they would clean up holr 18.

Tee’d off at 9:20 and had the course to ourselves until the 17th hole when we finally caught up to the group in front of us. Greens were in good condition. Not too fast not too slow. Fairways were in “winter” conditions, but much better than most courses right now. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Will play again soon.

Played Red Hawk for the first time. The big thing I took away from it is that it is not a $110 course which is what I paid for a December Sunday tee time. Yeah, I know, other courses charge that, but it doesn't mean it's worth it. Even at that price point range balls were extra. Including range balls would've gone a long way to giving some value to the price. The course was fine. Very much a resort style course as it weaves through the neighborhood. A couple fun par 3s, the #8 island green and the significantly elevated #17. Conditions good. But again, not $110 good. Probably won't be back unless a screaming deal as there's better values in the Temecula area.

Course was in great shape. Dormant Bermuda fairways played great and greens are impeccable. Marshalls were all great and friendly. Great round.

The staff is actually very friendly. The course layout is challenging there are creeks hidden bunkers, ponds and grass bunkers. There are long holes where you don’t want to be long off tee. I highly recommend playing here.
