Island Pointe Golf Club

Nice golf course. Shot makers dream. Not a driver and wedge course. Definitely need to pick your spots and have your iron game on point. Quite a few par 3s over water with significant carry yardages. Would definitely recommend it.

This is my favorite course around Knoxville. It's always in great shape.

The only thing is the food truck/concessions were not open at the turn. That was a huge bummer. But the course was great.

The conditions of the course could have been a little better with some additional maintenance. I.e. a couple greens were a little rough with poorly repaired ball marks

This is the 2nd time i’ve played there. Although we’re in the scorched earth part of summer the course was in really good shape. The only real drawback was the greens had just been aerated and hole #3 which is a beauty was reduced to a 20 yard wedge shot due to the tee box being worked on. All in all a great course/experience though.

Have played there a few times. Pretty challenging with a lot of water but fun overall. Fairways were plush and greens were soft. They had just aerated but didn't slow us down that much and we knew it ahead of time. Definitely recommend the course to others.

Great layout, good condition and a challenging but fun golf experience. The pace of play was terrible they need better control of their tee times or on course marshalls as it took us over five hours to play and waited on every tee box. This will not however keep us away as it is a gem in the area.

Absolutely enjoyed our round at Island Pointe. The course was in great condition and lived up to our expectation. The staff was great and everything about the experience was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Course is very nice condition best fairways ive seen this year.

My boyfriend and I played this course last week and it was awesome. There are bathrooms on the fourth hole and a food truck between hole 9 &10. The course was pretty nice it’s very easy to lose a ball in the rough grass.

Very challenging golf course. First time playing and would definitely recommend. Course was in great condition from tee to green only negative would be the bunkers. But that is a problem with most public courses. Overall great experience and played with a very friendly local, Ed who gave us great advice where to hit it off the tee.

Course was fun. Good challenges and good views. Pace of play was horrible! Our tee time was pushed out 30 minutes because people were late and added tee times ahead of us. Group of 24 on a Friday morning end and would not let us play through or keep our tee time. 6 hour round ….
