Eagle Vines Golf Club

I have played this course multiple times and it's fun, challenging and beautiful. However, it's frustrating when the rough is so long that you can hit your ball in and lose it, even if you know where it landed. On a gorgeous day, we didn't see anyone out mowing and it seemed like no one was really working on the course. Now, more rain is coming and it's only going to get worse. Otherwise, fairways and greens were very good but, it took 5 hours and 20 minutes to complete the round. I'll be back but, not for a while.

Beautiful course but unfortunately due to the rain they’re not able to mow the rough and it’s really long. Bunkers and greens are in great shape.

Fairways were pretty thick, kind of like first cut of the rough. Drainage wasn’t there soaking wet and mud puddles through fairways. Not very impressed for the price.

Great challenging layout, and beautiful course but if it’s rained in the past couple days , the course will be an absolute swamp. You will lose balls in the middle of the fairway and forget about finding anything in the rough. I’m planning on waiting till the spring or summer to play again.

Two things that kind of ruined the round for me and my buddy.

1. Most of the tee boxes were in very poor co ditto

2. EV needs to have a marshal to monitor the pace of play. We were stuck behind this foursome that were purposely playing very slowly. By hole 15 four separate groups behind us decided to quit because of the slow play. To make things worse on hole 17 I sliced my approach shot and went towards that slow foursome who had already off the green. They were hanging around their carts. I yelled “four” and one guy from that group picked up my ball and threw it into a ditch. We then had some unpleasant exchange of words. Probably won’t be playing Wagle Vine for a while. Very disappointing round.

Course was in fantastic shape. We had a great time. Definitely a challenging course but a great course

Beautiful course and a steal if you can get a hot deal. Greens run pure but beware the rough is thick is some spots!

To put it bluntly, I found the course conditions to be subpar, especially considering the green fee. However, what truly left a sour taste was the excruciatingly slow pace of play. The round dragged on for an astounding 5 hours and 39 minutes!

Curious to see if this was an isolated incident, I checked my Grint app only to find that this lengthy duration is, unfortunately, the norm for this course. If you enjoy playing 5+ hours round, then you'll love this course.

A several of heavy rain, a course was muddy and wet but other than that the course was excellent..!

The course layout is great and I love to come and play this course BUT every time my friends and I come something happens. 8:00 tee time and we had to wait every hole. We finished in over five hours. The e people in front of us were having a good time and yelling excessively all the time. There should be a limit. When we asked them if we could move ahead of them, as it’s etiquette, they threatened us and even waited at the parking lot. We told the course and nothing happened. Yes come and have a good time but with a limit. We only come when we can’t find tee time otherwise there is always problems. I am not giving feedback anymore. It’s my last one.

Look, if it wasn’t for the golfmoose I would’ve not play this course. Mornings $100 green fee is so not fair for the value you get in this course. Tee boxes have been bad for years now, don’t know what’s the problem. This course doesn’t drain at all, awful conditions on fairway and tall grass, greens are slow. Just can’t believe how far the course have fallen quality wise. Beautiful area and layout but poor grounds keeping’s.

On a wet and soggy day, the golf ball did not roll on the fairways. Always needs a bigger club. We had a pretty good experience.
