Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club

This course was beautiful and in great condition. Ashton helped us in booking the tee time and made the process very seamless. I would rate this a 10/10 experience because the combination of venue and staff.

Had a very great time with my group at Regatta. Ashton took care of us every step of the way and made this a memorable trip. Will always enjoy playing out here when I get the chance. Thanks again to Ashton for setting us up, great course that leads to an enjoyable few hours.

Really liked the different tiered greens that added some difficulty, as well as the many fairway bunkers that you had to dodge while getting through the holes. Staff was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with, which gave an additional enjoyment added to this course.

Cannot give this place enough stars. Staff is wonderful from the second you arrive. Course was in wonderful shape. Layout is challenging yet very enjoyable. Best course of the 4 we played all week. Spend the money and play Regatta Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

Booked effortlessly online during a family vacation. Beautiful course with all the amenities. Course layout was fun that is great for all handicappers. Staff was great! Greens were near perfect. Greatly recommend!

Play was very slow…had 4 groups on every hole on front 9!

Regatta is my go-to course at the moment. I live in the area. With as many courses as there are here, few are high caliber. Regatta checks most of the boxes. Not all.

It does get a little stacked as you approach the back nine. But overall, I haven’t been pressured to hurry or needed to press on people in front me. The staff is excellent. The food is pretty tasty. The clubhouse is very nice.

Planned communities and resorts have a limited layout to work with. Regatta does a great job of offering interesting holes that present some unique opportunities to adjust your strategy. There are only a couple holes that are straight, flat-ish.

So all in all, I’m liking Regatta a lot. The only course comparable is Kelly Plantation - and Regatta beats it in most categories.

My wife and I grabbed a 5pm tee time for $100 a person. It’s my second time playing here and it is by far my favorite course in the area. We were fortunate to be the last booked tee time of the day with only a solo in front of us, so we could play at the pace we wanted.

The course is in excellent condition. The construction on 17 & 18 is now complete which was a nice change from last year’s round.

The layout is challenging but fun. We played from the blues and found some of the approach shots on the par 4’s to be longer than normal (16th hole is tough). The fairways, bunkers, and greens are all in excellent condition. Extremely scenic course.

If you don’t mind the heat for the first few holes, book an afternoon tee time as it is only $100 a person as opposed to almost $300.

I’ve played here 10-12 times. Each time i leave I wonder why i play this course. And I say that as a person that has played some good rounds here. For what we payed today on the 4th of July the greens were awful. I’m not sure if I was putting on greens or the beach with the amount of sand on them. I’ve never seen the course not sopping wet even when it don’t rain. The tee boxes were as shaggy as I’ve ever seen in my life back at the tips. The course has a nice layout and is a nice track, but at 265 dollars today it did not hold its value. Shame on them for not having the course is better shape if ur going to change this kind of money.

Everything about the place is right. It’s expensive but you are playing a great course. A few holes require club selection off the tee for the long hitters. Other than that the entire facility is tuned. Go early and enjoy the practice area. Bunkers are very cool and remind you of Ireland. Glad I avoided those.

Been playing golf a few times a year in Destin for better part of 20 years. Indian Bayou has always been my favorite because it’s a little cheaper and great condition. However, got a slammin deal on Regatta bay so thought I’d give it a try. Can’t really say anything negative about today’s experience. Loved the condition of the course, the layout, staff, and everything in between. Greens are in great shape—medium pace right now. I guess the one thing I will say is that many of the holes were cart path only but I understand with some wetness on some of the fairways. Overall, great course and I will be back. I think it’s my new favorite place to play in Destin.

I played a bunch of destin courses so far and this one ranks up there. The course was in great condition. Definatly a must play if you can.

2nd time playing here, it’s a fun course and has been in great condition both times playing.

170 is a little steep but to be expected for a nice course in the area.

Greens weren’t overly quick but rolled great and were great to putt on. Course conditions from fairway to green were immaculate. A couple of tee boxes were coming back to life but no big deal.
