What's all the fuss about?
Played the course on April 19th and 20th at 7:15am. Finished both rounds in 2.5 hrs so obviously pace of play was excellent. Have read alot of complaints about the course and I'm scratching my head over them. Is the course in absolute perfect condition? No, but only a few patches on a couple of holes does not make a course get defined as being in poor shape. Are the greens amazing? Not yet, but you can tell they're improving. Price? $55 with a cart early morning isn't unreasonable at all. I'll be going back that's for sure.
Another Great day
Course was in good shape, pace of play just under four hours . Weather was great ! Overall a great day
A little overpriced
Foggy morning. Greens were all recently seeded, so every slow putt looked took a knuckleball path and any slope was strongly exaggerated. Tough to predict that, and changed many outcomes.
Great Value
Course is in very good shape/ challenging layout , tight but fair . Great test of your game !
Napa GC
Course was not in very good condition, perhaps that changes as season progresses.
I did not have any interaction with the staff, but had no problems.
Course is not very challenging and it’s in bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend it, there are better courses around in the same category. The upside was it was a beautiful day and I was slotted with a really fun couple, so that made up for the conditions.
Napa Course--No Marshalls Equal slow play
No Marshalls Equal slow play. Played on a Saturday 2pm and gave up after 9 holes
Miss lead
I played this course with a friend last week. Used Golf Now then and for this round. Utilize Golf Now hot deals for both. Last week we received carts with our deal at no additional cost. This week they charged me $18 per carts. I was Surprised and not happy in my treatment since I based my returning to NAPA Golf course based on my experience last week.
drainage issues here
I like this course most of the time. Relatively long, greens in good shape, good for walking because it is not very hilly. The down side is that in the winter after rains there are big pools of water on several holes. One was so deep I lost a ball when it was between a bunker, cart path and next tee! Like virtually all muni's the tee boxes are pretty chewed up. Nothing they can do about that but move them around. Several fairways have big bald spots but that doesn't bother me too much because I will just move it to the nearest relief. I will definitely play here again. but maybe will wait till it dries up a little?
Napa Golding
I’ve played this course 8 years ago and I picked this course over Brentwood Golf course but I would probably should’ve stuck with Brentwood. Condition of the course was pretty bad, this course don’t drain at all. Heading greens are impossible sloped and greens are well maintained and very fast. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.
the whole corse wet and muddy with puddles al over the place. Very poor drainage. not worth 50.00 per person. Maybe in a month should be better.
Horrible
Club house staff are idiots first off, golf course conditions are horrible for the price. No food even when you call it to order. Never will come back here
A little wet—but fun design
A lot of water on the course. Good layout, impressed for the amount of money charged. Will be back
