Great course for the value. Staff has always been friendly and professional the several times I have played there.
Great course for the value. Staff is always professional and willing to make sure you enjoy your time. I have played several times and have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time on the greens.

The overall condition was good not to many brown spots and sand traps were well mantained play was little slow saw a couple of 5 somes playing dosen't make for a fast round

A Golf Value
Took advantage of Golf Now's late rate special and had a great time. This is an old muni course that has been improved upon by new management and is a real value. Playing from the blues it is a challenge to hit your handicap. It starts out with a gradual up hill par 4 which is very challenging if you don't hit the ball a long way. Follow by a short par 4 that puts a premium on hitting the tee ball the right distance to access the green on second shoot. There are alot of interesting holes including the challenging 10 hole and the last hole, which is a par 5. A golf experience that I think you will enjoy-but remember it is a muni course.
Be prepared
This course is great value for the money. Tough, long, windy holes. Greens are great, but the fringe needs some work. The fringe is very bumpy and unforgiving. The sand is really bad. The sand seems to be non-maintained, seems like your hitting off concrete. With a few changes, this course can be an excellent golf course. Definitely worth the money and the slow pace due to high volume of unexperienced golfers. I have played it 10 times this year already and will play it 10 more times or so.
Great test of golf but fair.
I have always loved this course even though it is very challenging for me. A few of the greens were in need of attention, two were very burned and two were damaged, the rest were in fair condition.
Played late in the day, 2:08 pm, to get discount. I should have known that you must play early, before the wind picks up.
Plenty of water and challenges
Napa GC is kept is very good shape. The greens were reasonably fast and rolled true. The fairways are in good shape as well. There is plenty of water on almost every hole and it comes into play quite often. You need to think your way around the course. There are some large oak trees that come into play as well (especially on #10). The bunkers, however, are lacking in sand. What is in the bunkers is very hard. They need to add sand to the bunkers.
Overtall, the course was fun a challenging. It was hot the day we played but there was a gentle breeze to ease the heat.
Whoa lots of water
First round at Napa, very surprised. Live 40 minutes away can't believe I haven't played it yet. Only been playing for 3 years but will go back. Also price was right.
Good course
Course was in good shape, greens rolled a little fast but OK, windy in the back nine as expected. Good and challenging course.
Very good value.
High rough makes placing it in fairway important. Lot's of elevated greens. Some tough par 5's

The course has some challenging holes the wind and uphill nature of some the approach shots adds some difficulty.
The Greens are in good shape and so are most of the Fairways. The Bunkers are firm with old sand/dirt that should be replaced (that would be the biggest negative that I noticed). Our foursome enjoyed the course and for the price everybody thought it was a good value. Your not going get Augusta National for $40.00!

Outside of some bare and GUR spots on a few holes, the course is pretty good conidtions. The greens are very good. Be sure to check the weather because this course is tough to play in the wind.

Beautiful setting in the Napa Valley.
The course was in very good condition and we all had a very enjoyable round. We played late Saturday morning and never waited for a shot.
