Well run
Very good greens with excellent bunkers. Pace of play a little slow. We will play again.
Good day of Golf
First time at this course and it was a pleasure. Was folded into a four-some but that worked out great. Tommy and Paul were great golfing companions. There was definitely plenty of water on the course but if you keep the ball in play you stayed dry.
My last time at Peeble Creek
I deliberately have stayed awy from Peeble Creek due to slow play. Well on 2-14-14 I decided to give the course one more shot, and that will be my last. I knew it would be a long day when I saw four carts in front of me waiting to tee off on hole one. I watch and several of the golfers could not get the ball anywhere near the fairway on that first tee shot. The pace of play was painfully slow. This is pretty sad, as the course itself is pretty nice. I won't go back.
The course was in great shape.
Pebble Creek was a nice change. I'm from Michigan and am used to the winter condition of most courses in Florida. Pebble Creek for the money is a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it.
great first hole
great course every hole us so different and unique
Lots of Water
There was only one hole (#9) where water did not come into play. That having been said, most of the time the water was left and/or right of the fairway. I would definitely go back again.
First Timer
I had wanted to play here for a long time. It lived up to expectations! Can't wait to go back!
Best game this season
Thanks GolfNow for your hotdeals,it gave us a chance to play nice courses without spending too much.On February 4 2014,three friends and I played Pebble creek course and enjoyed the game a lot, fairways are green as on a postcard, greensa little tricky but playable.I will go back for sure.
Antle at Pebble Creek
Enjoyed facility, staff and course. Just too slow that day
Oldschool feel. Will go again.
Loved the old school feel to the course. Overall enjoyed it and will go again. Only thing I didn't like was the slow pace. Other than that I was satisfied.
Love #14
Course has some interesting holes and the elevated greens add difficulty to all holes.
Gets better each time
Every time I play this course I'm pressed with improvements they continue to make.
Bad experience
Unfortunately I got paired up with three yokels that had no clue about pace of play. They constantly socialized before hitting each shot. One of them shanked a ball so bad that it hit a clay pot on someone's property putting a hole in the pot. Later, he hit a ball that struck an apartment building. After a 2 hour and 45 minute front nine (no one in front of us for the last four holes), they stopped inside to order and sit down to eat in the bar. I grabbed my clubs and left!!! Club needs some on-course rangers!!!
Nice course
I enjoy playing this course. The course is forgiving if you keep it in the fairway. Greens are in good shape an putt true. Golf carts have gps which is nice. I'll play here again.
Very nice course, interesting layout.
We golfed Pebble Creek multiple times during our vacation in the area. Very enjoyable. Nice carts with gps, good deal on Golfnow, not too busy. Course has a good mix with several outstanding holes. Greens not perfect but acceptable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Don't drink the Guiness!
Great fairways and greens. Challenging hazards to boot.
Excellent course! This course is kind to all levels of competitors. Keeping the ball on the fairways is most critical. Very playable to disciplined golfers.
Very nice Florida course
Traveled a bit to get there but well worth it. Super friendly staff and large GPS on cart was great. Nice playable lay out without too much trouble lurking. Greens were a little sandy but the ball ran true. Lots of wildlife to be seen. Will absolutely play again in the near future.
Recommended for average/superior golfer; middle/back tees offer more yardage/obstacles to negotiate. Course was crowded, so play was slow that day.
Overall, Pebble Creek has been a favorite course of ours that we have played whenever we were in the immediate area, starting about 10 years ago (having discovered it by accident). Sometimes we make an excuse to be in the area so that we may play it!
This course's water is always challenging.
Fun, convenient and friendly personnel. The par 3 holes are very challenging and play longer than they say they do.
very friendly staff
Great time and fast playing time. New carts with gps is also very nice
