Verrado Golf Club - Founders Course

Lots of roll in fairways, very fast greens.

Several blind shots and look forward to playing again now that I understand the layout.

This is a fare but challenging layout.

It has a nice practice facility. Plenty of tees to accommodate players of all abilities.

Course conditions, layout, fairness, and pure enjoyment of this golf course we purely fantastic. I’m thinking of booking a Buckeye golf trip with this course as the centerpiece. Super fun course

This is about the 20th time I have played this course and it never fails to impress me.

The front 9 is good and the back 9 superb. One of my favourite courses anywhere.

Encounters with equipment drop off staff, pro-shop personnel, starter and Marshall were pleasant and welcoming. The two gentlemen my friend and I were paired with were a delight to play with. We loved the course; no complaints on the conditions of the course; we enjoyed the layout and the views of and around the course. Completed the round in just slightly over four hours. If we’re ever back in the area again, we’ll definitely play Verrado again!

Love the layout. Not overly hard and very fair. Greens were consistent though hard to hold..

GPS in cart would have been nice.

Beautiful course. Very scenic and enjoyable to play. Challenging but wide landing areas. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be playing again.

A great day for golfing. The weather was perfect and the course was excellent. The only negative I have to address is the hostess who seated us for lunch after we finished golfing. She was not very courtesy and it appeared as if she didn't care. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall, it was a great golfing experience.

Played on 02/28/19 and it was a perfect day for golf. The course was in great shape. Waited a little on the tee boxes but not too long. The only negative I have to say is about the attitude of the hostess who seated us for lunch after we finished golfing. She was not very courteous and she seemed not to care about her job. Maybe next time I have lunch her she will be having a better day.

The course is in excellent shape. Greens are EXTREMELY fast, which is tough for higher handicappers. THE SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND ON ALL COUNTS. We had an injury occur during the round and the marshals and clubhouse staff were fabulous.

Second time this week we played the Founders! Such a great golf course in superb shape! A must play!

Course was in great shape and the pace of play was perfect for how many people were there. I have yet to be disappointed with either of the Verrado courses and their staff.

Verrado is a course the is visually stunning. Some forced carries if you happen to pick the wrong tees. Bermuda greens and fairways are in great shape. Plenty of bunkers to avoid and the greens tend to break less than they appear, though a couple have false fronts that can bite you. I really enjoyed playing here and will be back. Also of note, the pro shop is well stocked with all the right stuff.
