About
Northdale Golf & Tennis Club remains one of the premier Tampa golf courses because of its affordable play, its use of water on 11 of 18 holes, bunkers, rolling undulations and contoured greens that really challenge players. Just 12 miles north of Tampa International Airport, this is a neighborhood golf course with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of your day. Renowned golf course architect Ron Garl designed the par 72, 6824-yard championship golf course. Northdale Golf & Tennis Club winds its way through 180 plus acres of property that is home to Brushy Creek and a series of small lakes and unspoiled wooded areas.

Fairway condition poor and greens lots of weeds in need of love.

Northdale golf course
Course has really degraded from a year ago. Looks like they are not spending enough time to upkeep.. greens are in bad shape and fairways not maintained.
Fun Track
Course is fun and great layout. A few tees are rough, but greens in very good shape. Pace was smooth, even with a full course, played in 4 hours. Great value for the price.
Northdale
Not as nice as it was ten years ago. I was disappointed as I bragged about the course. Fairways had little grass and the greens were bumpy. I think even with the $39 deal it was too much but all of Florida is charging too much to golf now
Great Deal
Overall very pleased. Greens in excellent shape and quick. Fairways and tees could use some work, but overall good. Need sand on the carts for divots. Great value for the price. Nice bar available but closed at 8pm
Need more grass in Fairways
Greens were moderately fast but not very true. Weeds growing in greens caused erratic breaks making reading putts difficult. Fairways were in many areas simply like hitting off hardpan. Golfers who cheat by rolling the ball onto a bit of grass would be rewarded.

Falling down
Seems that the course is on a decline. The fairways are not in good shape. The cart path is full of bumps and is unkept.
I remember when it was in better shape. Not this time.
You get what you pay for
This course is close to my home, it’s inexpensive and after 3:pm you can get on no problem. If you’re looking for Muner cured greens, beautiful fairways, amazing course design you’re in the wrong place. If you’re looking for a nice golf course where you can hit the ball around work on your game and it has some distance to it this is the spot. I laugh when I hear people complain about the course and I think you pay $28 for 18 holes. It’s worth all $28 and I go there frequently.
