About

Overpriced
Paying $60+ per person on a course that used to be max $35-40 person during prime season a few years ago is unfortunate. You’d assume paying $60 person for playing would have gps in the cart, but they did not. Clubhouse was in poor condition… bathrooms didn’t look they were cleaned from the day before and were out of toilet paper at 6:50 in the morning. Last but not least, they were definitely overbooked.
On the bright side, the greens were in good shape, along with the majority of tee boxes. Staff was friendly. I’d play there again, but not more than $40.
Brutally Slow
Overall the course was in decent condition. The tee boxes were level and the fairways and rough were mowed to an appropriate height. The greens had a lot of dead areas and rolled incredibly slow; everyone in our group was leaving every putt short despite hitting them firm. The biggest issue though was the pace of play. The starter ( who was friendly and polite) let two groups of 5 go out right before us. Because of this, our group of four was waiting on every shot all day on a round that took over 5 hours. The group behind us was repeatedly hitting into us. The icing on the cake was the ringer came by and asked us what time we teed off and growled (yes, a literal growl like a dog) at us for the pace while the group in front of was still in hitting distance while he was talking to us. He then drove by and growled a couple of other times throughout the round, while doing nothing about the two groups of 5 that were holding everything up.
The course is coming back.
The course is in pretty good shape after the cleanup after the storms. The pace was great. The staff is always very friendly. Great layout.

Absolute dog track
New owners are driving it into the ground, course conditions continue to detonate. Obvious money is not being put back into the facility.
It’s getting better!
The course conditions continue to improve.
The layout is good and the course challenging.
Happy to see it bouncing back. Still a lot of storm damaged trees around the perimeter, but it did not affect our round.
Goat track
Whoever owns this course needs to invest in a riding mower and actually cut the grass all around the entire property especially the second cut of every fairway
Maintenance please
Let some goats run free for a week or two.
Fairways cut decent but the second cut was 6 inches or more…😳
Not Fun Spent more time looking for my ball than playing
Course needs a lot more work, Grass bordering fairway was so tall you could not find your ball. If you did find your ball you couldn't hit it. Rest room trash can was overflowing. No water on course so you have to go into clubhouse. Went in to get water and cooler was empty. Does not give you a good feeling course is improving
Wait till the rain stops for a while before trying this course.
NOT a pretty course. The course has been poorly managed IMHO. The course needs work, particularly the fairways and at least first cut.
The Good!
Greens were maintained. Which was weird considering we found balls on the first cut off the green. Like a foot off !
Maybe they haven't been cutting because of all the rain. Maybe not. For now. It's rough.
