Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed the golf courses at this club.
The legendary East Course is the signature course, where 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments were played including the Honda, the Jackie Gleason - Inverrary Classics, the Tournament Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic.
It is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards.
The 7th hole is frequently mentioned as among the best par threes in Florida. Playing 199 yards from the back tee, it's all carry over water to a green that is angled in such a way as to look far smaller than it is in reality.

Vitesse des greens moyen/ lent
Terrain relativement facile, l'herbe longue devrait être mieux entretenu car on perd nos balles dans le roupht.Le jeu est très lent ,le ranger ne fait pas sa job,il jase avec les joueurs au-lieu de faire avancer les retardataires.Le West Inverrary est surtout pour la famille et les joueurs Senior +accompagné de leur épouse.

Fun to play and not a ball eater, just one hole with water problem, several tees to chose from

Worth to play!
- Nice course, has a variety of challenges (different from hole to hole).
- Design of course is great, maintanance could be better
- Pace of play was very slow with 5 h (marshal was there, but did not intervene)
Course is fun but needs some TLC in all areas of the course.
The course is priced very fairly but they need to spend some money on landscaping and upkeep in general.
GPS on the West Course doesn't always work
Good value for the money. The 2 Rangers we met up with were great. The GPS ON THE CART DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK AND THE SCORE CARD THEY PROVIDE DOES NOT GIVE ANY HOLE DETAILS. Ask for a regular score card just in case
Played the east course
course is not too difficult but I like the layout, has variety of fairway design. Almost no water and pretty large fairways, decent greens. The value is great at 30 dollars for this time of year but i am sure they will go up soon.
Great retro course!
You can almost imagine the pros walking the course in the 70's. The course is now a little dated but for the price and the step back into history you can't beat it. Make sure you stop in the 19th hole after the round and check out Jackie's golf cart!
Great Value & Tons of History
Great course for the price. I'd slightly recommend the East course over West due to scenery but both are worth checking out! Staff is great too. Bring tipping money because they do a great job!
West Course was ok for money
Pretty nice course. Good pace. A couple of greens need maintenance. Played the west.

This course is relaxed and basic
All bathrooms well kept and the rangers are constantly out there.
The course is pretty wet (need more attention with the sprinkler system). Overall is a relaxed course with not much difficulty.

Annoyed when I got there and was told that there was a $4.00 sign up fee when ordering a tee time on line . this fee was never charged to me before when I reserved my TeeTime on line. I was told that I. Would had paid the. Same. Price if I had just called the course to reserve my tee time. So there was no discount t!!
Course Is In Bad Shape
The greens are terrible right now. Very sandy/bumpy/horrible in spots. Fairways and tee boxes are in poor shape as well. Won't be playing here again for a while until things start to improve.
Solid course - Greens were just aerated and were in pretty rough shape.
Solid course overall. Not too easy, not too hard. Unfortunately the greens were recently aerated and some were in pretty rough shape. Patches were cut out and clearly needed maintenance. With that being said, can't beat the price on a Saturday, and found an early tee time the day before. If greens recover as they should, I will definitely play this course again.
