Located just 20 minutes from downtown in the Forest Hills section of Tampa, Babe Zaharias Golf Course meanders through a tree-lined residential neighborhood. The golf course measures a modest 6,020 yards, but should not be taken lightly. Although both nines on "The Babe" are par 35, the back side sports four par-4 holes in excess of 400 yards, providing a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Working man's munie
I like to play "The Babe" because of its history, its open fairways and playable holes. But its openness can be a double edged sword making some holes play very long. Greens are in good shape. Off the fairways can be a bit rough, literally.

Fun Course
Fun little course. It is short but definitely has a few challenging holes. Easy walking course. Staff was extremely friendly. Would recommend playing here no matter your skill level.
