About
Located only minutes away from downtown Tampa, Rogers Park Golf Course offers easy access to Tampa International Airport and also the beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay. Although it has a convenient location near many attractions, it is secluded from the noise of busy streets and neighborhoods since the Hillsborough River almost completely surrounds it. The scenic golf course has water hazards coming into play on several holes and there are sand bunkers throughout. In addition to the course, Rogers Park is known for their extensive practice facilities. They boast of having one of Tampa's finest driving ranges and their three-hole course provides excellent short game practice.

Worst Course Ever
Played this with team. This is easily the worst golf course i ever played. Fairways were not even looming like fairways and greens were bad.
I would never recommend this course to anyone
Typical Muni
Decent course overall. Fairways are dry and hard. The tee boxes are rough. Greens are small and rolling. Makes for a great challenge. Cool practice area with Trackman under canopy. Decent little pitch & putt.
Nice Historic Venue
Stopped here on the way to Fort Myers from Chicago. The course is very playable for Florida. Occasional water hazards, but not on every swing like most courses I looked at in the Tampa area. Good range and multiple practice areas including a short course that looks fun if you’re interested in pitch and putt. Was happy to learn the inclusive history of the course dating back to the 1950’s. Would play again if in the area in the future.
Course Starter lets groups play earlier than their tee times which I ended playing by myself. Its ok, but the manager should review this because I caught the groups in front of me at the 5th hole and pace slowed down. Finding range balls all over the place on the fairways is not good. Guess we should not be playing yellow balls on these holes. These two holes needs a net put up. Fairways need watering.
Enjoyable day.
Although the fairways were hard due to lack of rain the greens were in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly.

I have always enjoyed this course!! Loved seeing Stumpy on the 17/18 hole
Nice Round
Greens were excellent. Played as a single, one foursome and one twosome waved me through. Enjoyed the round.
Fun Round of Golf
Enjoyable course to play. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Driving range with simulator is a plus. The greens were in great shape. Will definitely return to play next time I'm in town.
The course was in good shape for the lack of rain. Tea boxes look great. The most part Green look good as well.

Okay golf course
Course not in the greatest shape in the off season. Greens were a little rough. Fairways were okay. I wouldn’t wanted to pay anymore than I did. Played 3 different courses over 4 days this one was by far in the roughest condition.
If you just want to get out....
Greens were in great shape. Fairways in bad shape, around the greens no grass and hardly any sand/dirt in the sand traps. Staff is always super friendly.
No Rangers, Very slow pace of play!
Rude Check in staff, no starter, very slow play and no ranger to help!
