Located just 20 minutes from downtown in the Forest Hills section of Tampa, Babe Zaharias Golf Course meanders through a tree-lined residential neighborhood. The golf course measures a modest 6,020 yards, but should not be taken lightly. Although both nines on "The Babe" are par 35, the back side sports four par-4 holes in excess of 400 yards, providing a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Great comfort the price
My first time playing the course and besides it not having a driving range it great fairway and greens were beautiful rough needs some work but great course for the price I will definitely be back
Great experience!
I carry a single digit handicap and played “The Babe” for the first time on 2/25/21. The fairways were very good and the greens were excellent. I was impressed by the course conditions on this fun course and by the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of their terrific staff. I will be back soon!
Cheap golf for time of year
Great price for the expensive rates in FL this time of year. Fun first time, pace of play a little slow because it was very busy.
Fair track
Generous fairways, true greens, tee boxes were okay. Areas off the fairways was pretty rough. Lots of fun though, but when isn’t a beautiful day and golf fun?!!
Very nice course
Better than I expected I played one of the other courses and it was disappointing but this course was in good shape for being a city course I would definitely recommend this course and I will play it again.
It's coming around for a Muni
Course is playable, and good for medium to high handicappers. I always have fun there.

It was a cold windy day but we managed. This course has some tight fairways which can be a challenge.
Surprised
Had not played Babe Zaharia in a number of years. Difficult to get a single reservation on Golfnow with any TSA course.
Presently surprised at the condition of the tees and Fairways.Their greens are as good as any in the Tampa area. Not fast, but very Consistent and look great.
Enjoyed the room with three regulars play the Babe often.Will be back., Soon
