About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Shame
What was once one of my favorite courses, has become one that I will not be returning to anytime soon. For the price, the course is barely acceptable. It is the least expensive course to golf in the area and you can see why. It used to be a very good course. Greens are In bad shape and the Teebox areas look like crap.
Fun executive course
I love this course. It’s super chill and excellent practice. Plenty of shade and find holes. Staff is friendly, it’s extremely affordable, and you can play 18 holes in about two hours. Highly highly recommend!
Great little course
Course is challenging, only used driver a handful of times and didn’t have to use anything longer than 8 iron. Greens could use help. But for the price would definitely play again. Staff outside were very helpful.
Perfect for us Seniors
This is just the type of course we like to play. I do play some bigger courses, but Country way suites our play and budget.
Dry conditions
As expected the course was very dry, fairways had bare spots, (we need rain) the greens were very well kept. Indicating that they’re watering them daily. Great value for an executive course. Made it around in 2 1/2hrs.
