Countryway Golf Club

This course is overbooked. It took almost 5 hours to play 18 and some of these holes are less than 100 yards. Caught people picking up others golf balls that were in play. Each hole is backed up. It was not a good experience.

By the 3rd hole there was 6 groups on one hole. Would’ve taken 3 hours to play 9 holes. Left after 2 holes. Place is packed with groups every 6 minutes and the age of the common player doesn’t usually result in fast pace.

Inexpensive executive course. Looking to work the irons, its the place to come. Lots of senior snowbirds golfing here, so don't expect speedy play. The new golf carts are a great addition.

Loved the well-maintained greens! Also the foursome in front of us had very poor golf etiquette, to include fishing for golf balls in the ponds while we were waiting to shoot. Took us over 3-1/2 hours to complete this short course. If you had a ranger passing by during our round, we could’ve addressed the problem.

Pace of play was slower than I expected but due to the age of many of the golfers.

T times every 6 should be a crime. Every T box was backed up with multiple groups, was a fun course, but if you are one of the first groups out plan to wait on every single hole for a extended period of time

I’ve been here for an hour and 15 minutes and I have played 2 holes. I will never come back here

My wife and I played this course multiple times, we love it! The staff is very friendly and courteous and the layouts of the holes are great but challenging. This course makes you use every club in the bag and if your a beginner like me make sure you bring extra balls haha cause there is plenty of water to lose few lol

This is the first time we went on a Saturday, and maybe the reason it was so crowded was due to rainy forecast for Sunday (we had planned on playing Sunday). When we arrived there were 4 groups waiting to tee of in front of us. Needless to say it took us 3 hrs to do first 9 holes, then most people must have gotten fed up so the rear 9 only took 1:45 hrs. Saving grace was the perfect weather, it made you glad you were outside.

I still give it a great rating because I like this little course.

Golfed on a Saturday &the pace on the front nine was painfully slow.. The starter was filling all the groups so everyone was a foursome

.I love this coarse but tee times are only 6 minutes apart. The price is outstanding & they make their money by packing the coarse

Tee times every 6 minutes on a short course is asinine. Everyone’s already going to be waiting on the group in front of them to leave the green because the holes are 100 yards long. Stacking that many groups is a cheap money grab, resulting in us leaving after 3 hours for the front 9. Course was in decent shape-sucks we couldn’t enjoy it.

I got to countryway at 245 pm and my tee time was a t 3 pm. I pay the fee and walked out to the car and there were no carts available so they gave me a raincheck for the amount i had paid already.

They should communicate more so people know if the place is packed or not.

It felt like they just wanted the money regardless whether i was able to play or not.
