About
Located only minutes away from downtown Tampa, Rogers Park Golf Course offers easy access to Tampa International Airport and also the beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay. Although it has a convenient location near many attractions, it is secluded from the noise of busy streets and neighborhoods since the Hillsborough River almost completely surrounds it. The scenic golf course has water hazards coming into play on several holes and there are sand bunkers throughout. In addition to the course, Rogers Park is known for their extensive practice facilities. They boast of having one of Tampa's finest driving ranges and their three-hole course provides excellent short game practice.

Very straight but fun. Excellent condition staff were all very friendly
Greens were very poor
Rest of course was ok but greens were very bad. Dead spots, bumpy. Putt would bounce not roll. There are better values out there
Much improved
The golf carts have improved and so have the carg paths and greens
Last played in January s huge improvement
Greens really rough
Fairways overall were not bad, especially considering the heavy rain the day before. Most all greens were poor; way too long and dead spots. Very slow and bumpy. It’s not a bad track though if that can be remedied
Decent
Nice course and value was good for the price I paid. I wouldn’t pay $40 - $50 that’s normally the rate. Greens were like putting on carpet but could tell they had just been fixed so give them time and they will be better. Overall very pleased and will play there again when I get another good deal.
Perfect course for average golfer
Overall the course is in great shape, the greens runs a little slow. Easy layout.
Rained Out
Always enjoy this place. The weather did not allow today though
Aeration
There was an aeration warning but there was no mention that 9 holes of the course were closed. The 9 that was playable was like putting on the beach. They should have just closed everything. Would not have played if there was a more accurate description of the course conditions.
Decent Greens
It’s been hot but they’re not perfect but the layout is generally straight so if you’re a beginner golfer go here.
Great little gem to find
The course was very enjoyable and provided enough difficulty to make low scores a challenge. The tee boxes were punched so they need some time but the greens were in fairly good shape. The parking lot was conveniently located between the clubhouse and driving range which made practicing before getting my golf cart easier. I didn't like the attitude of the pro shop attendant and think he could use some classes on customer service but it was ok. It didn't make any sense to not allow carts to be given out earlier than 30 mins prior to tee time especially since there were so many available. As a result, I had to carry my clubs from my car to the range but hey, first world problems; right? The course was also located rather tucked away down a long road past a correctional facility and not where you would expect to come by one. The fairways were long and wide and no water crossing them. I would play there again.
Course conditions trash
Tee boxes are horrible, half the greens have chunks missing or brown. Rough has 50%gras 50% sand. And the bunkers are hard packed
