Ocotillo Golf Club - White/Gold

Something is amiss with the former crown jewel of Chandler. Staff is still nice but stretched very thin. No starter and it’s obvious the cart girl is trying to cover 27 holes with an empty cart and individual transactions for every stop. There’s even a separate charge for range balls if you can get them from cart staff. Feels like a page from the airlines playbook. Overall the operation seems choppy except for pace of play, no wonder, the course is empty. Seems we were the last ones to find out this beloved track is suffering.

We play Ocotillo every year for the last 13 years. The course is always in great shape. Very friendly staff and the best course in Arizona for the money.

Layout was good. Greens are ridiculously slow. Very fuzzy and grainy. Wouldn't play it again. Nice people. T

This golf course is definitely one of the best values in the East Valley.

Fun course with good staff. Charging for range balls is new. 10.00 for balls is extra fee many nicer courses don’t charge. Range only fine. With paid round they should be included.

Course is very beautiful and it plays well.

Hardest part is understanding where the water is off the tee. Lost a couple of tee shots in the water that I thought were perfect . Looking forward to another round and remember where all the trouble was and score a little better. Lots of fun !

I've played this course numerous times over the years (spring break from MN). For $60, it's still one of the best values in the Phoenix area, in my opinion. The course is a traditional layout (big trees and no desert), with room off the tee, but if you spray it a little you'll lose plenty of balls in the water. We played in just over 3 hours, which isn't the norm, but it was a nice bonus. If you're looking for a good course, at a good price, I'd highly recommend playing here.

Course in great shape.. Phil's group doing a good job. I hope it stays in this good of shape come summer time.

This is a beautiful golf course. It is in excellent condition. There is lots of water but they give you an information card to help you stay dry!! Best golf day of the winter!!

Too much water for my liking. Could make another set of tees shorter for the women. Hot dogs very expensive. Sand traps need more sand, too hard to get under the ball.

I played this course for probably the 4th time and greatly enjoyed it once again. It has become my favourite Scottsdale golf course. I find it to be a very fair and well kept course as well as great value for the money.
