About
Located a short distance from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and Arizona State University, Kokopelli Golf Course is a championship length course that offers many interesting challenges. The rolling terrain creates sloping greens and undulating fairways. A majority of the teeboxes and greens are elevated as well. The course also has large multiple island tees and water hazards in the form of meandering lakes that come into play on several holes. The signature hole of Kokopelli Golf Course is the par-5 18th hole. The dramatic finishing hole calls for a shot off an elevated too followed by an approach shot past water to an elevated green.

Some improvements
Course conditions showing some signs of improvement. My only complaint is why would they use green for the tee box markers?

Good Value
We had a great time golfing this course. We will be back for sure. It was good value for our money. Everything else around here has insane prices. We had no one in front of us and no one pushing us from behind. The greens were is great shape. We will go back next week for sure!

It’s getting there
I’ve played this course a handful of times over the past few months and its getting to look pretty nice. Not as much mud as when I played there last month. Biggest issue is the grass is really tall even on the fairways. Be prepared to lose balls you thought you hit perfectly.
So much potential…
Hear and read bad things about this course. Most are true. Excellent staff and, if you hit it where you’re supposed to, you’ll be fine. But the greens are bad. Some are fast and some are slow. Unfixed divot marks everywhere. They are huge and undulating and would be awesome, like the rest of the course, if they were taken care of. Great layout and a lot of potential. Excellent value if you just want to get out and swing it.
We agree a lot of potential and the team is hard a at work. Greens are in great shape and will speed up after we get past the holidays. We hope to have you back out. Thank you

Not worth it
We were not happy - grass was not in good condition, did not provide yardage or layout of each hole on scorecard so you had not idea where water or hazards were. No tees in cart - no warning when getting ready to tee off so all of a sudden we were rushed. Pace of play was 5 1/2 hours waiting on groups in front of us.
Will not be back.
Good layout
Course needs some work , understandable over seeding etc but could at least put water in the ball washers

Huge Disappointment!
For $170 including rental clubs I expected to play on grass! It was a nice layout in embarrassingly poor condition. We were required to keep the carts on the paths even though a large percentage of the course was dirt and mud! Not thin grass, dirt! I honestly would never recommend this course to anyone!!
