Only 3 fairways had grass you could hit of of, greens were the only thing that was acceptable. You can spend another $30 and play much better tracks.

Fairways not in great shape weeds growing all over place. Most bunkers didn’t have no sand in them at all weeds growing in them hard packed clay bunkers.

Greens were in good shape rolled really good. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was in good shape. Golf carts are worn out. Clutches need service gives you whip lash when you take off. Very disappointing in course charge $81.00 shouldn’t be more that 40.00.

There is seriously no grass if you are not on the fairway. Absolutely pathetic. The bunkers have no sand and are basically just mud. Don't waste your money. I will not play here again. I complained about the conditions in the pro shop after our round that cost $90ea and the response was “sorry”. Totally unacceptable.

This was the second time I played this course, I am happy to admit it was better than the first time. The conditions aren't great, it was really wet, a lot of dirt patches along the fairways and bunkers need a lot of work.. The greens were however good, much better than the first time I was there, so good work on those. This is an okay course to playboy there isn't anything else available.

This course has or had potential but it’s been left to deteriorate for some time. Lots of over used grass or no grass areas and the bunkers are ridiculous. They’ve not been addressed for years. In some there’s more weeds then sand.

On the bright side, the greens are very well kept. Please put money back into what probably was once a very nice course.

Fun little track to play. Greens were in good condition. There are spots where it seem to be lacking grass and was just hard clay That’s basically a nice course.

Good long course, greens and fairways in good shape. Lots of knolls to make ball hunting a challenge if you don’t hit straight. Practise your course management skills. Pace was slow, waited 5+ minutes every hole on a beautiful but busy day.

We payed $71.00 to play a course with dirt for fairways and weeds growing in the sand traps. To be honest there were 5 holes that needed an upgrade. The greens were in good shape. I would pay $45.00 w/cart but not $71.00

First time leaving a review for any golf course. The course NEEDS water badly, It is dusty and the bunkers are full of weeds. The only holes that are in decent shape are the #1 & #9 because they are near the road and clubhouse. I play weekly here in AZ and have to say this was my worst experience. Played here years ago and the course was far better. It's a shame. Hope they listen and turn the sprinkers on and spend some money!!!!

The course has a lot of interesting holes which could make for a fun round. Unfortunately for this time of year in Arizona the course is in very bad shape.

Too many ares of nothing but dirt. The bunkers are the worst I have ever seen. They should be extremely embarrassed to let the bunkers get into this shape. There does not appear to be anything that they are doing to fix the problem and we are in the height of the season in Arizona.

Tees fairways and greens were in good shape. No sand in traps and rough was basically dirt

Course maintenance severely lacking funds. Greens full of unfixed ballmarks - I fixed at least four per green. Carts old, but worked well. It satisfied the local populace - the course was full.
